Second disgusting smell left from cheap air freshener can be smelt full way through hotel and you will be able to taste it all day and night. Room had... More

Met our needs. Three guy's travelling together. No issues. Near enough to food outlets and reasonably close to Tube stop. Shower set up was not especially comfortable due to having to pull close individual glass panels to properly enclose shower. Other than that, met our needs

A hotel is to accommodate guests. This place did the complete opposite. Beginning with the bald guy working at reception. He was extremely rude and his attitude was ridiculous. We had a fax sent to the hotel and he told us he received nothing which was a lie because the following day another guy somewhat "friendly" handed it to us.... More

If you are looking for an affordable price in the central line of london, here is the place. I spent 4 nights. Very small room, but ok for me, I was there just for sleeping. The bathroom, small as well but comfortable, clean and new. Hot water. I liked.

Two mins walk to Kensington high street and excellent transport links, only thing I would say is the parking was a bit of a nightmare overall enjoyed our stay... More

As a group of three females on a weekend shopping trip we wanted an apartment to sleep 3 in the Kensington area. These fit the bill perfectly. As stated in another review, this is more like a private hostel it certainly isn't a hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment which slept 4. A double in the bedroom and a... More

If you think of this hotel as a small private hostel, you will be less likely to be disappointed. I went with a group of friends and I had one of the basement rooms. It was quiet and overlooked a garden which was untidy - shame could have been an asset otherwise. The bathroom, though small, was clean and had... More
