Big room with big bed. Very comfy. Great service. Not so far from public transport. There is also a car park if needed. Nice access with 2 elevators. Great wifi connection and it's not expensive at all.

Sainsbury and Tescos easy walking distance. Penge high street is the closest for pubs and restaurants, but nothing high end. short taxi in to Beckenham and you'll find some nicer places.

the parking on the main road and side roads do not have any restrictions so you can park there too.
