Me and a couple of mates booked to stay after the Palace v Arsenal match and as we were late getting to London initially, we didn't get to the hotel until really late. About ten minutes before we found the hotel, I received a call from someone at the hotel, I won't mention the name but let's just say I...

It may look like it's part of a 1960's housing estate, it may also seem strange to go up to the 6th floor in order to find reception, but all is not lost. This hotel is cheap and cheerful and comes with secure free parking. Yes, the outside could do with a bit of a bleach attack and yes it...

I've had a few nights stay in this hotel recently and must say compared to other travel lodges it needs sorting out. The main entrance was filthy with dirty windows, rug and corners which was very unwelcoming. The lifts were dirty in the corners, even when they had been mopped out. The corridors required vacuuming and glass in doors need...

No front entrance. I've never had to try and find a lift and go to the 6th floor to get to a reception. Felt odd. Hotel seems to be plonked on top of offices. Weird room card system to 'work the lift', and even then it didn't work properly. The lift randomly went up, down and stopped at unrequested floors....

Not one for writing reviews I'm sorry to say but in this instance I had to make the effort. A frequent user of travelodges up and down the country so pretty accustomed to the level of service etc. Have to say this is up there with the best so far, all staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble....

Our stay was awful. The rooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable especially the kids, the hotel was noisy. The main road was extremely noisy all night long. There were no staff around either. Parking was good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice and quiet. We only stayed overnight over the weekend. Comfy bed, hot showers and lovely views over the city. There is no restaurant but we didn't mind that. You can order breakfast boxes if you want breakfast in the morning but down the road is a lovely cafe which we ate in. All in all...
