Booked this accommodation for an event at the hammersmith Apollo and the location is probably the best thing about it (roughly half a mile away). My main issue was despite checking the prices and availability for this hotel on 2 different website, both offered the option of a quadruple room with either a double and two twins, or two doubles....

We booked this place through Expedia, thinking at least something about this place was nice. Let's start by saying they DO NOT have 24h reception. We arrived 2am and was met by an tired, no serviceminded guy in sweatpants and a dirty t-shirt. After lot of unnecessary chit chat we got the keys and got a room in the basement...

I liked nothing about this stay as I had to wait outside with no answer from the buzzer, until I called the number I spotted on the reception. Waited outside for about 5 minutes before a man came up behind me and was certain I had no reservation until I showed him my confirmation. He then advised that they had...

When I checked in I didn't have a photo ID. So they used my debit card as an ID and photocopied it without asking for permission. So I had to cancel my card soon after. The WiFi doesn't work. Very dirty, very noisy and quite dodgy. The shower works well. The location is handy. Didn't try the breakfast, wanted to...

Considering its location close to four tube lines (Piccadilly, District, Circle, and Hammersmith and City), that whipped me into the tourist areas of London in a heartbeat but isn't as noisy as a hotel located in the West End, the price on this place is a steal. Hammersmith is such an interesting and affordable neighborhood that I would definitely stay...

From the outside we thought we'd found a really nice place to stay, sadly once inside we realised this wasn't the case. Our room (30) was very small and had a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The carpet was filthy and the furniture shabby. The divan bases and mattresses were stained. The bed linen was clean but only...

Got to the hotel and the man behind the desk was polite enough! However the room was smelly and smelled as though someone had been cooking spicy food for the past year, so not entirely pleasant. The wifi code I was given for the room as well was not detected on any of my devices therefore rendering that useless. Room...

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was just perfect for us. Rooms very basic just bed and bath a little cramped but suited us fine as we were out all day. Rooms were also serviced every day which was a bonus. So close to tube and max 15 mins to Oxford street. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very disappointed with this hotel. Yes it's budget but I do expect our room not to stink of stale smoke. Have a dead fly and dust in the coffee mugs in the room. The sink needed repair and the carpet linked to the bathroom was soaking when the shower was used. It would have helped if the door on the...
