Excellent hostel, good location and very clean. I particularly liked the power points near the bed, the curtains around the bed for extra privacy and the fact there were enough bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

I thought the place was nice but there was a weird vibe of people. It smelled very bad in the bedroom. They need to ventilate the room or at least open the windows everyday. The curtains around the beds were nice though.

just brilliant ! forget all the other 'fleapit' decor places you can stay at in London, and especially many of the unhelpful hostels around Bayswater. This offers a real customer experience, understanding that people on tight budgets still deserve and need professional standards in terms of comfort, cleanliness and great design. I have never seen such a clean and great...

I love how they have curtains surrounding the bed so it gives even more privacy. En suite design is very nice too and the toilets/shower is very clean. The room itself is spacious and clean, and although the view is not the best, with the price tag and quality I guess I don't have much to complain about.

I've stayed in a room for 4 was perfect. Good location, close to the metro. I've missed a small shelving and maybe a plug near the top junk bed. The staff was nice and the hostel and the rooms were very clean.

To date, this hostel has been the best that I have stayed at. Extremely clean and the great location made it very easy to get around London. The staff was great! They were all so kind and helpful with everything.

Nice stay I'm a client over 3 year. 4 times a year, but they should improve in some rules. Either they open a restaurant, or they should reserve an area for people who brings its own food. Making sure they clean after them.
