We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Elli was gracious and hospitable and we enjoyed the cold drinks and pleasant conversation. Our room was exceptionally clean, bright and inviting and we didn't mind that our private bathroom was just a few steps away. The fresh cut wild flowers from the garden were just lovely...

I cannot say enough about the warmth and kindness with which Elli and Haya treated our family on our recent trip to London. Understanding that we were traveling to London from different locations (both international and within Britain), Elli was flexible, communicative, and incredibly welcoming. This made a real difference in particular for my mother and brother who had never...

I so underestimated what a lovely place this is. I had thought this would be a great place to stay. From what I read, the rooms were comfortable and homey, and the hosts were warm and helpful, and it was close to public transportation to easily get to the center of London, and that is what I expected. It was...

I recently had a 3-day solo stay at Rhodes Avenue. Elli and Haya are the most delightful couple, and it was a pleasure to meet them and stay in their charming home! The breakfasts were amazing, and they were both available to answer any questions I had. They really spoiled me and made me feel at home! An extra treat...

This is the kind of place that you find you don't want to tell people about in case they go there and it's all booked up next time you want to stay. Nothing could have been nicer. Not one thing. From the welcome to the view over the perfectly scented garden, from the convenient location to the crispness of the...

This B&B is a lovely, lovely place to stay. Set in a busy London suburb but in a wonderfully quiet side street with lots of trees, it was an oasis of peace and calm. The room was also calm and welcoming, uncluttered and roomy. Breakfast was delightful, with a deliciously ripe fresh fruit platter, and lovely breads and eggs. The...

I stayed with Elli and Haya for only four days in London, but felt that I was coming 'home' each evening! They were so genuinely friendly and helpful, I really have never experienced feeling so comfortable away from my own home. Elli makes amazing scrambled eggs for breakfast and Haya's wonderful artistic touch is throughout the house. The bed was...

Can't possibly say enough good things about this B&B. Elli & Maya were so kind, breakfast was fantastic and our room was immaculate. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even did our laundry! If you are looking for the perfect stay in London, look no further! Five stars is not enough!
