Stayed there for two nights. Nice rooms and nice location. Mattress little bit hard. Waiting for cod bed for my baby but never arrived. Parking near the hotel. Staff were friendly but looks like that they do not synchronise between them as I told them at my arrival about the cod bed.

這是一家我覺得適合商務人士住的飯店!check in簡單又e化!房間不大,但是乾淨!浴室廁所就剛好使用。地點很不錯,去倫敦市中心也方便,附近有地鐵站和這裡知名百貨公司! This hotel is really suitable for business people to stay. Price, service, quality, location, and etc meet the expectation.

Fantastic stay for the weekend at the Ibis Shepherd bush. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, room was clean and spacious, great breakfast and easy parking at the NCP just around the corner from the hotel but with a door straight from the car park into the hotel. Great location just across the road from Shepherds Bush tube station...

Stayed in January 2017 with a cat. The staff were fantastic answering my queries during my stay. Room was clean & big enough for me & the cat, & our stuff as we are travelling around the UK & EU. TV & wifi worked, was able to even stream videos. Water pressure was ok. Room overlooked the street which wasn't...

I travelled to London for a couple of days with my girlfriend and we stayed in Ibis Shepherd's Bush. The whole building is modernly renovated and it looks and feels really nice on the inside and outside as well. It was really quiet and warm through our whole stay, also staff members were really friendly and caring. Place is close...

An high level Ibis hotel, with a good room and an acceptable bathroom. The breakfast is ok, with very good bacon and eggs but no croissants. No croissants? This is quite a nonsense... The area around the hotel is so so.

Business trip, very nice staff, comfy lobby area. My room was very clean and tidy. Nice bed. A lot of choice for breakfast and in the bar. Great location, very accessible, a lot of shops and restaurants around too.

Everything was good, would have been cheaper if we booked in advance, but still reasonably cheap for everything we got. All of the staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a good area for what we wanted, will defiantly stay again :)
