We used the number 44 bus to Victoria Station, the bus stop is only yards from the hotel and runs every 12 mins the journey is about 10-15 mins. They don't take cash on public transport so we advise using an oyster card which is a form of pre - paid travel very quick and easy. Victoria Station is a good point for most lines. We hope this helps.
