A business trip with military links afforded me this short stay at this hotel.Very close to Waterloo Station for both air, rain & underground connections. Rooms are small & functional but have all you need for a stay in the capital. Very clean & tidy with a choice of menus in the restaurant. I would stay again.

Great location right outside Waterloo Station and amongst shops and restaurants. Hearty and cheap food and drinks with excellent choices and variety. Small comfortable rooms which are competitive for London.

Clean, polite staff, lovely bar and cheap for London. Although the single rooms are small the ensuite was big and more important clean. As an ex serviceman you would be stupid not to use this place when staying in London.

My husband (US Navy) and I and 2 of our kids spent several days here in April. The location, right across from the Waterloo underground, can not be beat! We really enjoyed the English breakfast every morning, as well as the one dinner we had there on our last night. We had a family room that was somewhat basic but...

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of London. It isess than 5 mins walk from Waterloo station and 15min walk to Covent Garden and other surrounding tourist attractions. My husband (currently serving in the British Army) and I stayed here recently over a weekend and were really pleased with the service, cleaniness of the room,...

I would like to thank all the Union Jack Club for an excellent day on Sunday after the Craspan Parade in London. The food was excellent, the bar staff were quick polite and courteous (especially as the bar was very busy). The front house staff on the meet and greet were also very polite and more than willing to offer...

We stayed here for 10 nights and will book here again for any subsequent visit to London. The room and bathroom were surprisingly large. Once you get used to the steam heaters and windows the temperature can be well regulated. The room was very quite with the windows closed The daily room service was exceptional If you like breakfast, get...

We stayed in May 2017 on the way to Ypres for a battlefield visit and everything was fabulous. Our rooms were clean and cosy, super thick bath towels! The staff were attentive and cheerful and breakfast was up to the mark. Keep it up, we will be back in 5 days!

Hotel room was clean and tidy very basic but the room rate was very cheap for London and a great location. Bar staff were quite rude and couldn't wait to lock the bar up which was a shame as all the other staff were very friendly.
