Staying here for a couple night. Triple room at the basement. It s nice and clean place which 10-15 minutes walk to Paddington station. Strong wifi. Anyway the bed isnt too comfortable for those who has back problem (personal opinion).

Stay here recently when on business in London. Hotel has a great location so close to local amenities. Staff are great. Rooms are lovely and very nice. Have everything you need. Would recommend if after a London base.

So this hotel is different than ones in the US. There aren't any amenities, so don't expect that. What you'll get is a quiet room and bathroom in a very walkable area. The customer service is outstanding. I plan on returning to London again, and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Very clean Hotel although the carpets are a little thread bare but rooms are clean but basic, overall appearance does not make it a boutique hotel. I'm on the 4th floor and there is no lift so no good if you are unable to climb lots of stairs. Overall it is reasonable value for the money.

Not worth the money and the breakfast is very average with Nescafé!!!!!!! Bread was tasteless. The room was tiny with no bar, no safe, and toiletries were not replenished on second day. Much better value hotels available in the area.

I have spent a night there and found the location excellent, very close to lovely cafes and stations. Staff were very helpful and the room were clean. We stayed at the top, on the 4th floor so this being an old, period one, no space for a lift. The price is good compared to the location but if you are...

I booked this Hotel to be near Paddington Station so that I could walk to it. The location is excellent and in a quiet part of London. I slept with the window open most of the night so there cannot have been much noise as I am a light sleeper. The Hotel has the appearance of being either a new...

Booked this hotel last minute, stayed on a Tuesday night, room was comfortable and clean, only issue was lack of a lift, nice continental breakfast however dining room was a bit of a squeeze, however would return as it was good value for money.

We booked ahead and choose this hotel partly due to its location and reviews. It is centrally located in downtown London in a lovely old, well maintained, building. The staff are helpful and friendly. NO lifts however, something to keep in mind if your mobility is impaired. There are ground floor rooms, but the steps to the entrance still need...

We spent three nights in this hotel and due to various circumstances spent each night in a different room and on a different floor. The hotel is clean and the rooms are reasonably appointed and the staff are helpful. However, it falls down sadly in the basic requirement of a hotel which is to give you a reasonable nights sleep....
