Location of hotel - couldn't have been better - 30 second walk from the underground. From the moment we arrived we were met by very friendly staff. We were offered help to carry our bag and personally shown to our deluxe room. The room was beautiful with a fantastic bathroom and shower. The bathroom also had underfloor heating. The whole...

The W12 Rooms are ideally located just steps from Shepherds Bush tube station. Whilst the hotel literally just supplies rooms, with no bar/restaurant etc there are plentiful options within 5mins of the hotel for dinner and drinks. I had a room overlooking the station and Uxbridge Rd and so it was a little noisy but the room was clean, comfortable...

The photo is more than a little misleading, so much so we walked right past it. The hotel is completely covered in scaffolding - bad enough but we were put on the first floor where it would have been easy for someone to climb up the scaffolding and open our windows which don't have proper locks just catches. We complained...

For a short trip to Londen I stayed at this location and was pleasantly surprised. Altough the room was small, it was clean and the bathroom was nice. The Starbucks almost next to the hotel, the Thai restaurant and even Mickey D almost next door made sure that there was enough to chose from. Friendly staff and almost next to...

We first stayed here in January 2014, choosing the hotel after a web search. We returned in January 2017. It's still great. You can't beat the location for access to buses and the Underground. There may be street noise early in the evening if you're on a lower floor. Another drawback: there is no elevator, though the doorman very cheerfully...

I can say that staying in this hotels is amazing because you have everything around you. And i mean everything. Shopping centre, underground station, bus restaurants cafe £1 shop. The hotel is nice and cosy as well, the only downside is the if you are facing the street then it can bit a little noisy. But its honestly not that bad.

Stayed for two nights here recently with my husband and daughter. We were travelling from South Wales to London Paddington by train, for a show at the Empire Theatre Shepherd's Bush. W12 Rooms was very easy to get to by 'Tube' from Paddington, the hotel being just next to Shepherds Bush underground station and the Empire just 5 minutes walk...

Booked for a city break. It was the best equipped hotel I've ever stayed in for the price. There was a beautiful array on the tea tray with good sized mugs, wonderfully comfortable bed and bedding, impeccably clean, safe, fridge, warm and underfloor heating in the bathroom, TV, good hanging and draw space, desk and comfy seat. It is right...

W12 rooms have fab location. Being 1 minute walk from shepherds bush station and 2 minute walk from westfield shopping centre, the location was perfect. The rooms are a decent size and the bathroom was bigger than i thought it would be! Staff are so helpful and welcoming. There isnt a lift but one of the guys takes your bags...

We stayed here for a Saturday night in December 2016 whilst visiting friends. For London, it was extremely well located, only a few steps from Shepherd's Bush tube station. The hotel was nicely decorated, and the rooms whilst small were well appointed with a tray of complimentary tea/coffee etc. The bathroom also had some nice White Company toiletries in that...
