We stayed here recently as it was an ideal location for Hyde Park. It is also close to several underground stations. The hotel was clean throughout. Our room was fairly large and had air con and a sitting room. It was at the rear of the building so our view was a wall. This may bother people who spend a... More

Hotel situated in the Queenborough/Baywater-area. Close to the tube and buses. Bus no. 94 to Trafalgar Square via Oxford Street + Hop-on-hop-off-buses are passing just outside the hotel. Simple, but clean rooms. The staff didn't speak English fluently, but they were friendly and helpful. Simple and basic continental breakfast. Good value for money.

I visited London for over a week in November and decided to stay at this hotel. The area was decent, it was right next to the park. Any shops or nice restaurants were a bit of a walk though. My stay at this hotel was not pleasant though. My single room was tiny, and the bed was unbelievable uncomfortable. Another... More

I had read a review saying the room was small , but felt this didn't matter ,but it was very small ,if you had dropped anything in the shower you could bend over to pick it up ,the hotel was very clean . We were very let down with the breakfast , there was very little choice and no full... More

This hotel was clean and tidy. Easy to find on a quiet street very close to Hyde Park. The staff were pleasant. Right by tube station and Hop-on-Hop off pick up stop. Breakfast included was basic but all I needed to start my day. Good value for the money.

Not too far to walk, plenty of transport within 500yds this little hotel is very reasonable for a short stay in the capital at a reasonable price. Rooms comfortable, clean and the main part bed comfy too.

My friend and I stayed here overnight on 30th April '16. The hotel was a good standard. Clean, neat and tidy, and very well situated. A stones' throw from the tube and near lots of shops, bars and eateries. However, our problem was with the mono-syllabic staff, and lack of communication. Don't get me wrong they weren't rude, they were... More

Stayed in Troy Hotel for one night, a single room booked within a few days of the stay , so paid £50 , which I believe is was OK for Zone 1. Room was en-suite although shower was just like a wardrobe, stepping straight out from the Shower on to the carpet in the room, no real problem. Breakfast was... More

London hotels are always a mystery bag: you usually pay a lot but end up being disappointed with the tiny room and all kinds of problems. Hotel Troy was a pleasant surprise to a frequent London visitor like me. I like Bayswater as an area: it's somehow authentic, lively and close to where the main action is. There are three... More
