This was my first trip to London and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The check in was swift and efficient, the room was large, gorgeous and accommodating. The location was perfect for walking to shops, sight seeing and accessing amazing restaurants. We only took cabs if we had wandered too far to walk back at the end of the...

Excellent reception upon arrival and customer service through out. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Excellent bed, pillows and linens. Everything you would expect in a 5-star hotel. Highly recommend.

Except for a lackluster check-in process , I had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The experience was completely delightful with wonderful service, clean and quiet room and attentive staff.I had good sleep with a firm bed. There was a delicious scent in the room that just makes one crawl into bed and not leave. There was water seepage in...

On a recent trip to England, Scotland and Ireland my daughter from Chicago booked us into the Soho for our London Stay. Great experience with the friendliest of staff both for the house and restaurants. We experienced an incident where the cafe staff dealt with a difficult and unreasonable person in the best possible manner ever to the amusement of...

My husband and I had a mini-break in London and stayed at the Soho Hotel for the first time. Every aspect pf our stay from welcome to check-out was just fantastic. We have stayed in a number of West End hotels over the years and only wish we had always stayed at the Soho Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, our...

This place was fantastic. My room was large and full of light thanks to the amazingly large windows (with windows that provided some fresh air!). The bed was super comfy, as were the arm chairs. The bathroom was spacious and had a great deep tub and separate shower. Plenty of wardrobe space. The staff were amazing. Every single person I...

Room was large and very clean. Service was outstanding. Location is close to restaurants and everything we wanted to see. Three bars at night, two of which are very costly. Gym equipment in great shape. We had complimentary champagne on our first day, chocolates on arrival and departure. No complaints at all!

What a gem of a hotel! On arrival, we were given a warm welcome, taken to our room by an extremely friendly young man who described all the facilities in the room ( there were many!) Our room was a joy. Huge in size, as was the bathroom, and tastefully furnished, with a quinitisentially English feel. The bed was very...

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
