Well situated hotel just off Bayswater Road and very close to Lancaster Gate metro station. My wife and I enjoy to walk and this is an ideal location to explore Hyde Park, Mayfair, Oxford Street etc. My only criticism was our double room was quite small. However, the bedding, bathroom and room in general were spotless. Renovations were taking place...

We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this hotel specifically as you did not have to pay until you got there. As it wasn't payday until just before we went, this was a good option for us as we were still able to book other things to do before we arrived. However, once I'd booked the hotel, £135 was...

We thank the reviewer for taking the time and effort to write a review as reviews from guests greatly assist the hotel to improve shortcomings. The mention of friendly staff and good location is welcomed. The Elysee is marketed as a good 3 star hotel in the very heart of London. The weekend in question was a particularly busy one...

We booked this hotel as we thought it was close to public transport but it wasn't. It was also u der repair outside which was a bit noisy. However, the room was OK - tiny and a needing a bit of restoration - but the staff were absolutely fantastic. I was really impressed with how they went out of their...

Dear Milly, Thanks for your review. We are sorry that the hotel & location didn't meet to up to your expectations. The work being done is to the tank room on top floor which should be completed soon & will result in vastly improved water pressure to all rooms. The work is carried out Monday to Friday from 10am till...

Me and 3 friends stayed at this hotel for one night at a weekend, whilst we were visiting the theatre. The hotel is conveniently located, around 10 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate tube station, and opposite Hyde Park. There is a fab pub opposite the hotel called The Mitre- great selection of craft ales, ciders and spirits in a great...

Location is perfect for tubes Hyde park. Hotel is lovely and clean the rooms are bit on the small side but lovely and clean. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was good full English and cold cereal and fruit. On the down side the breakfast room could do with a revamp but it looked like they had builders in on roof...

This hotel is located right by Hyde Park and just a few steps away from the underground train. An easy walk to shopping and restaurants. So handy! The rooms are small, but make up for it in cleanliness, newly renovated bathrooms, a wonderful breakfast and such a friendly staff! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Long term stay in London (3 weeks) found this to be an excellent hotel for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful in both reception area, housekeeping and dining areas and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel more than met our expectations - was very clean and beds comfortable. Free wifi, air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. A...

Elysee Hotel, London Our Baltic cruise ended in Stockholm, Sweden. A BA flight and we were in London for the UK leg of our trip. This was due to be a three-night stay at the Elysee Hotel at Hyde Park before going by train to Scotland. However, fate intervened and we ended up with an unexpected six-night stay. Once again...
