Beware! They are shifting guests around their different properties with no advance notice. You might no end up in the hotel you booked! On top of that the staff was rude referring to the T&Cs on their website (which I never agreed to as I booked on Booking.com). The room was mouldy.

Located within walking distance of Kensington Olympia. Lovely restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable although the shower facilities could perhaps do with a little updating! Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful when we had a bit of an emergency so cannot fault them. Would stay again.

This is a budget accommodation. I got a triple room and it was quite small. Bathroom was very small. Carpet smelled. House keeping didn't give us soap, so I had to get them from office every night. Breakfast was nice. I enjoyed fried eggs and toasts. They were quite tasty. It's about 10-15 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station where...

Don't expect much, our room was small and barely fitted the 4 of us and simple but I always say who cares, you're only there for the night times. Breakfast was ordinary, staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you're quickly looking for a cheap and average place to stay with no hassle.

Located within walking distance of public transport & shopping centre. You, like us, may be moved to another nearby hotel owned by the same group. Accomodation OK & good value. Breakfast basic but again good value for the money.

Love this place so much, easy to find, the staff were all really nice. Our room was small but we still had room to move around, we were in London for a signing convention so wasn't in the room a huge amount. The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was extremely small, if you are a big person,...

Perfectly located just few minutes from underground and it is not a fuss to find it! Clean, tiny rooms and friendly staff. Good value, you can't be asking for more at this price - generally very happy with the stay although it was only 2 nights. Would come back again.

Ideally located, a 4 min walk from the nearest tube station Hammersmith, situated on the Picadilly line. So very convenient if you are arriving straight from Heathrow. Rooms are small, but very clean and tidy. Good value for money, especially when you consider the breakfast of juice, tea/coffee, cereals and eggs cooked to your choice. The only drawback was, we...

Great location with the tube just a few minutes away. Breakfast included always a bonus. Room small but more than adequate and all city rooms are small. Will happily return to this hotel next time I am in London.

After making a reservation at the Royal London Hotel, on arrival we were redirected via a couple of 'sister' hotels, and eventually ended up 200 yards or so along the road at the Saba Hotel/Royal Guest House, which are interconnecting buildings. Apart from that initial glitch, the place was fine. The guy on reception was friendly enough, and although small,...
