We are traveling through out Europe and this is by far our worst hotel. Staff is rude and disrespectful. The room I can touch my toes to one side and fingers to the next. I am only 5'2" so that is saying something. It's so bad it's indescribable! I wish we would have listened to the reviews and paid the...

If you are going to stay consider calling a police station and asking for a cell. The services will be better, staff friendlier and the policies better! This hotel is not worthy of the name - pay attention to what people have written and stay elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. I do not have words to describe how bad this room was , or the smell of the whole building. I would never have imagined that health and safety in the UK would allow this room to be let.

This is my first ever feedback given online, but the experience I had in this hotel just cannot be left unshared! They say 3 star, I would give it 1 star! it's dirty, it's tiny, it's awful! I went there with a friend on business, and we shared one room. First room they wanted to assign us to, didn't even...

Hi I had the same experience as HR, I stayed in room 12 on April 23rd - smelly, in the basement, no windows the phone and internet access didn't work. Awful experience, and completely opposite to hotel claims on the website. Very bad experience and would advise against staying there.

I am not sure what space we get to write a review so I will be brief. 1. On arrival. Having prepaid, a further demand for £30 was made on arrival. We stated we did not need any services, but they insisted it was also a deposit in case we damaged the room (A different lady, the following morning could...

I recently attended a conference in London and was booked in to stay at the Belgravia Mews - luckily only for one night. Their sister hotel Tophams - was fantastic - or at least what I saw of it although their breakfast was poor and their staff not very friendly or helpful - when asking for directions on my morning...

Stayed here one night. The boutique hotel is No28 and has a pleasant reception, however the room I stayed in was 100yards away at Number 50. You enter a locked doorway into a narrow, smelly and poorly lit corridor which also doubles as a fire escape. Is that legal? I was in the top room up a very narrow staircase....

Staying in Belgravia

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
