Not impressed. The room was not clean and the machinery noises in early morning woke me. I mentioned this and they just didn't believe me. I didn't like seeing laundry in bags on the floor piled high through half opened doors as I made my way out. I didn't feel comfortable with the narrow passageways turned sharp left or right, how on earth they got that through planning and safety! though All male in reception and all east European maintenance and cleaning/catering. I felt like I was not in England. As a woman I felt undermined when I complained . The maintenance man just sat and stared at me, not friendly at all he never smiled andade me feel very uncomfortable especially when he was chatting in another language. I felt intimidated. There seemed to be a lot of of males hanging around outside and smoking which made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for sausages , as English breakfast was on Menu the lady serving said the owners would not allow this kind of food on the premises due to there beliefs.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!! Rooms were not clean and customer service was very bad! We lost our car keys in the hotel room and the staff did nothing to help at all, we gave them our number in case they find it and one day later we got a phone call from no caller ID telling us he got our keys and saying he got into our room and took them, and that he had pics and videos of us apparently! We called the hotel to tell them the situation but they just kept denying it which was crazy because no one knew we lost our keys but the hotel staff and my two friends that also stayed in that room and the only people we gave our numbers to was the hotel. I would 100% avoid this hotel because there is something suspicious going on and there is no security at all!!

When we arrived a young man named Osman worked at the reception. He was amazing! First he gave us one more wardrobe (we had just 1 single one)....after 3 days we decided to switch rooms because wifi was no good....so downstairs goes the wardrobe again. My mother (or my husband) is not that patient with me 😁 The staff (the manager Taimoor included) are amazing, very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again

Here is a copy of my complaint to expedia (who I booked with): I have arrived at my hotel. The check-in staff were outside smoking and were talking on the phone during my check-in process. Staff were not wearing face masks during this period. I was going to book another hotel but I booked this because I have a virtual business meeting during my trip and so the free wifi would be useful. I also booked because continental breakfast was included. I have been told that no breakfast will be provided and that this is expedia’s fault. I was told the booking is too cheap to include breakfast. No wifi has been offered and I cannot find a connection. I am therefore struggling with work. Furthermore I do not feel safe. I explained to the manager the room was not clean and that I had booked wifi that I need for work and breakfast. I said I would not be staying here. I asked whether to seek a full refund from the hotel or expedia. I was told expedia. I am not staying somewhere else at significant additional expense. The hotel I booked through you was not what was advertised and I did not stay there. I would like a full refund. I attach my receipt confirming wifi and continental breakfast. I also attach pictures of how unclean the room was.
