I booked into this hotel at 10am yesterday through booking.com as I was due to travel down for work. At 10.30am I found out my nan had been rushed to hospital and now has unfortunately passed away. I called the hotel and explained I wouldn't be able to come and need to cancel to which I had the delight of...

The hotel was steps away from Bethnal Green Tube Station. I was travelling with a 12 year old so feeling safe was paramount. The room was lovely very snug but all we needed was a resting place. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and just enough. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in and around...

My family stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is less than a minute walking from the tube station and a reasonably well prepared traditional english breakfast was served every morning. The rooms were spacious, but too warm, as we couldn't set the temperature (no air-conditioning). The bed was good as well as the toilet. The reception is...

Although the room was stuffy and the carpet was a crap...this isn't the worst place I've found in London. It is next to the Tube station. Of course the area is not one of the best in London. The prices could be lower.

Hotel was quite clean, close to bathnal green station great location the double bedroom which we received was large and lovely breakfast was included we were quite happy about that. Downside of this hotel was dark room even in day time, so we had to use light bulbs during the day and...

My partner and I wanted to give this place a good review as we've stayed here many times before, only one or 2 nights max. However after we lost our home dew to a natural disaster we ended up here for 16nights.. And what a relief to get the hell out of that Dive.. After the third night they gave...

I've checked out of this hotel within the past hour and still can't believe how bad it really is. I still feel itchy and generally unclean from my stay there! I don't expect much for £80 in London but the bare minimum is that it should be clean and tidy. When me and my girlfriend first arrived we were given...

The company I work for had to book this for me at short notice, some of my work colleagues had stayed the night before and had cleanliness issues but I wasn't aware of this until check in, if that was the only problem I could have lived with that, but the hotel is right next to the train line and...

I was booked into this place by a company I was doing work for,I can honestly say it's the worse place I have ever stayed in. Unhelpful staff, dirty small room, was noisy outside with the church thats across the street ringing bells at all hours. Bathroom was smelly and carpet was dirty, also the smoke alarm was covered over with a plastic...
