Nothing was good in the hotel : starting from staff , room and breakfast .. actually it only has a good position next to the tube . But the worse thing was that they charged me twice : once by cash , second time they took money from my account leaving me on 96€ minus and having to pay then... More

Listed as advetised on their website is toiletries, & Tea & Coffee in room, NONE in my room, 2 hand towels as shower towels, I had to go to the reception for a hair dryer, I am aware this is a very budgeted/low cost ( hotel ! ) , When I approached the gentleman on the reception and challenged him... Nothing can be as Pacific Hotel: you pay for a large family room with view on the city and what you get? Un underground little room, with view on a well, bad smell, humidity everywhere and the wardrobe which is a deposit for dirty blankets... But this is not the end: during breakfast, if you ask extra tee, they'll just... More

To start with the positives: The location was good and the reception was alright. As for the rest of the place... As I walked into my room, there were dirty towels on the floor and some of the previous guests of that room's stuff left in there. The entire room was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned; there weren't even... More

Stayed for only one night, but will most definitely stay again on our next visit. Booked for such a small price for a double room. Cooked breakfast included which was lovely. Ample toast and cooked well. The breakfast room was lovely. Clean and tidy light roomy with lovely ladies serving. Booking in was easy and we were able to leave... More

absolutely awful. my girlfriend paid £212 for 3 nights for a getaway for us in London. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a rude man behind the desk who was adamant we had not paid, despite the email and proof we had given him. After about 20 minutes, he then told us we had paid for the room, which we... More

Ok, the only positive thing is the location. All the rest is just horrible: dirty room, beds, people at the reception, breakfast... This is some machine for making money out of poor tourists. I highly recommend to stay out of this hotel, especially if you're travelling with children.

Typical British privately run hotel. Staff unfriendly. Room below basic Travelodge standard. Dirty bathroom. TV not working. No basics like toiletries, tea tray, water etc. Not cheap. Stayed at similar hotel along same st that i thought was basic but looked 5* compared to here!! Wasn't expecting Ritz for a one night stay for BST Take That concert but expecting... More

Had pre-booked through one of the travel sites as an anonymous 3* hotel. This is definitely NOT 3 star material. My first room was on the third floor at the side of the hotel that has no lift - hard work at my age and the steps get steeper as you get further up. The toilet cistern leaked, the pipes... More

great location, walking distance from Oxford street and buss right outside hotel doorstep. Breakfast was really good and value for money and the staff very polite and helpful. We paid very little money because we booked direct with the hotel not through an agent. Owner also working there and he is a very kind and polite man always willing to... More
