Good Hotel, very convenient for Kew, Central London, and Twickenham. Hotel is quite expensive. But we went for a delux double room and paid £20 extra for B&B. Free wifi that works well throughout Hotel. Breakfast was good. Car parking is also expensive at £16 overnight.

We booked an executive room on a "secret escapes" deal including breakfast. We then needed a second night and booked a standard room (it was more expensive and that was without breakfast) with booking.com. I alerted them to this on the advice. The check in lady was really helpful and advised that they had given us a free upgrade for...

We stayed here for one night at the end of November. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and stylish and all the facilities worked. The beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast cost £12 and was good but the cold meat & cheese selection was a bit small and ran out several times. The hotel...

This hotel is under vip+ hotel under the expedia, but they don't honour any gold member benefit, none...So not sure is expedia problem or the problem of this hotel. I stayed the rest of the vip+ hotel, I am happy with the benefit except this one. So I think this hotel is dishonest. And the staff is not helpful at...

The local area is great for grabbing dinner or even breakfast. We went to bills and also hare and tortoise. The road just facing the hotel walk down...

We stayed in The Clayton Hotel as part of birthday celebrations in central London and due to the fact it was just off the M4 and easy to get to. We checked in and our initial room had no natural light as the windows were up against a wall. We phoned reception and asked to be moved. They weren't keen...

What a find this hotel is. Location superb. Tube station a mere 2 minute walk which will take you into town or 2 stops to Richmond. The hotel is clean beautifully furnished and staff very helpful. We stopped here after taking our daughter to Heathrow which is a short drive away. Husband then went off to Twickenham whilst I caught...

We have stayed here a number of times over the last ten years. It has been great to see the impact of the investment made here by Clayton hotels and the building work seems nearly complete. We were very fortunate to have a complimentary upgrade to a King Suite, which was a fabulous room (1012), large screen tv, huge bathroom...

Stayed for a night in June 2016. We were only really in the hotel for dinner and a few drinks in the evening. The food was brilliant couldn't fault it. The room we stayed in was huge and very modern. The bed was huge solid as a rock. Great nights sleep was had.
