Nestled in a coveted spot, the Hilton London Tower Bridge is lauded by many for its stellar location, mere steps away from key attractions and transport links. While guests have called out the hotel's sophisticated atmosphere and an array of amenities, including a praised executive lounge with panoramic views, opinions on value are divided, with some concerns over additional costs.
The hotel's professional service and spotless accommodations receive high marks, though a few travelers mention room noise as a drawback.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to London Bridge Station, maybe only 5 minutes away, and a stone's throw from the Thames. It's quite comfortable to walk along the river. I booked a twin room, which is not small and has decent sanitary conditions. The room provides free mineral water and red wine, and there is a small refrigerator for purchased drinks. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food. There is a Chinese-speaking lady Ivy at the front desk who provides warm and thoughtful service, which prevents me from communicating in poor English. It's a good travel experience. The hotel provides free slippers, but no toothpaste and toothbrush, so remember to bring your own if you need them.

This hotel, was fabulous.
It was absolutely spotless.
We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price and snapped their hand off, bigger room, massive bathroom, free wine.....what's not to like.
Perfectly situated to get you in & out of Central London and Waterloo.
The restaurant food was tasty, and the price very competitive to surrounding restaurants.
I would highly recommend

We’ve been lucky to stay at this hotel a few times over the last ten years, always great stays, but this time, it was truly amazing.
We arrived a little early and had hoped to store our bags, we were greeted so warmly and not only was our room ready, but the paid upgrade we had requested was available, the check in was so easy, so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, it really set the tone for the stay.
The room on the 12th floor was stunning, the view is one of the best in London and the little extras in the room, plus the amount of space made it feel like a 5-star experience. The upgrade included lounge access (which is worth every additional penny), we’d been to this lounge before and loved the outside terrace, but due to the high winds it wasn’t the best place to spend time on this visit. Which turned out to be a bonus, Ren and her colleagues in the lounge took time to making each and every guest feel valued and welcome, lots of little personalised gestures, all making such a difference. All of this done with genuine interest in their guests and in such a warm and friendly way, the hotel itself is great, but the people in the hotel make it so wonderful. Oh, the food in the lounge is great too, fresh, and inventive and care has been taken to ensure that everyone is catered for too.
The location of this hotel is brilliant, close to the river, great public transport connections that take you across the city, lots of lovely river walks nearby and great places to eat and shop (less than five minutes to the wonderful Borough market). This area of London has changed so much over the last decade and has grown into a vibrant and unique area of London.
We can’t wait for our next visit.

We had such a lovely stay here. I booked the Hilton at Tower Bridge for my partners birthday weekend and they were very attentive, rooms were SO clean and the bed and general facilities were clean, comfortable and in really good condition. I’d like to mention the staff decorated our room which was so lovely, they left us a small complimentary bottle of red wine, and a little cake with a note for my partners birthday and it really made our stay that little bit more special. I think I had originally asked for them to leave a bottle of Prosecco in the room (which I’d pay for), and they blew up balloons and just went that little extra and didn’t charge us for anything (I’ll add this will be at their direction always of course.) We had a bad dining experience that evening for Valentine’s Day dinner (not at the Hilton), so to come back to the room all dressed for us and such was just very nice. This is such a good location as London Bridge has the overground and the jubilee line which gets you to most places in the city, and it’s next to borough market which is a bonus, and you’re next to London Bridge and opposite Tower Bridge, so lots of accessible walks to other points in the city. Such a lovely hotel, such a great location, great stuff and great facilities! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. It’ll be our go-to from now on!

The Hotel is in a great location easily walkable to many sites, or the train/tube stations are less than a 5 minute walk. Many restaurants are in the surrounding area. Staff at front desk and restaurant were all professional and friendly. As a Diamond member I was upgraded to an Executive room on the top floor with use of the executive lounge. Special note that Ren, in the lounge, was so kind, personable, and helpful. She was always smiling and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

My name is Zhang Chao. My wife Shi Chunping and I checked into Hilton Hotel on the evening of June 15. We are both from Beijing. We don't speak English very well, but fortunately we met Miss Ivy Huang that night. She answered all our questions in fluent Chinese and listened to our requests patiently. We asked for a room with twin beds, located in the middle of the hotel, and not disturbed by noise. She arranged everything for us very well! She always served with a smile, which made us feel very warm! Today, my husband and I had dinner at a restaurant near the Tower Bridge in London. The bill showed 91.4 euros. We paid 100 euros, but the waiter who took the money did not come back and gave us the 8.6 euros that should have been returned to us. Another waiter said it was a service fee. I said I did not agree to give you the service fee! But the waiter was arrogant and didn't respond to us. We returned to the hotel angrily. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. I told Miss Ivy Huang about the details. She looked at the bill we provided and said that the service fee charged on this bill was wrong because it was already included in the 91.4 euros. Charging 8.6 euros was a repeated forced service fee. She also taught us how to reasonably get our money back. We followed Miss Ivy Huang's correct statement, found the restaurant manager, argued with reason, and got back the 8.6 euros that should have belonged to us. Although the money was small, we had to abide by the rules. We admired her seriousness, responsibility and wisdom! I am really happy and glad that Hilton Hotel has such an excellent super employee. I sincerely hope that Hilton Hotel and Miss Ivy Huang will get better and better!!!

This is the 3rd time i have stayed at this hotel this year,
Reasons
1/ The rooms i have stayed in were all imaculate ( pillow choice to suit)
2/ like us if you try the executive room for maybe a special occasion
Well worth it Terrace ( weather permitting) is on the 9th with a great view over london
The lounge will cater for most, and the swrvice there is exceptional.
3/ The staff generally from reception to the main bar to the claeners, always have a smile and cannot do enough for you .
Which does make this hotel for me unique
4/ location is a no brainer you fall into london bridge station, wher you can more a less go where you wish to, But why would you need to you have the thames walk, where good bars and restaurants are in a bundance.
Last point
Dont think i have done myself any favours with this review, as might just push prices up😁 ps excuse the spelling mistakes in a bit of a rush to spell check

We stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge for 4 nights on our recent trip to London for holiday. The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the London Bridge rail and Underground stations, so getting around town was very easy. There are several grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and attractions within walking distance as well, so it’s very convenient to get what you need.
Never having been here, we didn’t know what to expect. The lady at the front desk, Dina, was truly wonderful in how she treated us. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed, and it worked. For various reasons, we had to come back and ask her questions multiple times on our first day, and for each one she handled our needs and got us on our way quickly.
The room was very nice, with a comfortable king sized bed and enough room to store our luggage and clothing. The bathroom was good sized as well, with a bathtub/shower combination. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom layout was very functional. The room had a mini fridge which was very convenient for us having drinks, etc in the room. There were the standard European plugs, but we had converters so that was fine. If you use a converter, make sure the device you’re plugging in can accept 240v current, otherwise you’ll damage your device (I learned this the hard way a few years back). There was also one US style plug outlet near the table/desk in the room and that was nice because we had a set of hair rollers that couldn’t accept 240v and we were able to use them.
As Diamond Elite members, we had access to the 9th floor outdoor terrace and the executive lounge. The terrace had beautiful views of the Shard and other parts of the London skyline. The lounge was well appointed, with happy hour being from 6-8pm each night. There was a selection of wine, spirits and beer available during this time and it was a nice way to relax before heading out for the evening.
An unexpected surprise was that there was an ice machine on our floor, near the elevators. This was great and very convenient for us (as Americans we use a lot of ice lol).
The breakfast buffet was very good as well, with a good selection of hot items, breads, pastries, cold cuts and the like for a great breakfast each morning.
All in all, we immensely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All staff we interacted with were very pleasant to speak to and everything we needed got addressed. This hotel is very well run and they truly care about their guests, we can’t wait to come back to London and stay here again.

One thing you get with Hilton Hotels outside the U.S. is that level of service that is a lost art in other places. Well, this property certainly doesn't disappoint! Even before checking in, Reshmi had our confidence through the chat function in the Hilton app. At check-in, she continued to gain our appreciation, as she thanked us for our business whilst showing us the available executive rooms and letting us choose a nice top floor room. She continued to check on us, and we are so very appreciative of her professionalism and courtesy!
The location of this city hotel is convenient to attractions and transportation, including London Bridge Station and the Underground.
The full British breakfast in the 17/51 Kitchen restaurant was more desirable than the continental one served in the Executive Lounge. However, the view of the Shard and downtown London from the patio of the 9th floor lounge, and the well-stocked refrigerators, make this a quiet respite from the activity below. The selection of distilled spirits during the evening service included Jim Beam, one of our favorite whiskeys. This is our first stay at this Hilton, but will certainly not be our last!

The hotel does offer room service, but as you're probably aware Hilton are very accommodating of their guests needs so I'm sure you'll be catered for in some capacity.
Yes if you have lounge access, you can choose between the full service restaurant breakfast or a reduced offering in the lounge.
Not sure but underground links are good - Piccadilly line to Kings Cross and Northern line southbound to London Bridge and Hilton is right outside of the station.
Based on experience, they did for me. I arrived at 12noon, 3 hours before standard check-in time. The room was ready hence it wasn't a problem. I think it all depends on availability on the time of your arrival. Most hotels charge an early arrival fees.
I would email reception to see what is available. Anything that looks out on the Thames is stunning, and you will have a lovely view of the Shard from the rooftop bar. Be sure to visit!
