Great service, very friendly staff, good central location, value for money. Certainly a returning customer, only thing i would change, i would prefer a room on a floor.

Let’s start it by underling that in UK and especially in London you’ll never get a decent accommodation at the same price as on the Continent. So we were rather relieved after finding this B&B. It is located in an area with a lot of small hotels, but it’s price is by far the best. And it is very central!...

The Ally family makes this hotel one of the best places to stay in London. My experience this time was no different then my visit 2 years ago and is the reason my friend and I returned. The personal care this entire family takes to make sure you have an enjoyable stay in London makes you feel like you are...

We stayed 4 nights at Picton. You feel very welcome here. However the family room that we got was not great. The double bed was very small - too small for two people. And the beds are quite hard. The bathroom was in bad shape. Good location close to Paddington and Hyde Park and very friendly hosts makes up for...

Our room (no. 6) was away from the street and quiet. The room was small but the lay-out good - like a ship's cabin. The ensuite toilet/shower was tiny, but OK for folks under 0.1 ton. Good quality beds. Good value for money.

The location is great, just around the block from Paddington Station. Our en suite family room was quiet, immaculately clean, with adequate space and comfortable beds--all at an unbelievable value. Breakfast was quite good and plentiful with extensive choices available. All of the above would rate Mandalay Picton House 5 stars, but there's more! I cannot even begin to heap...

Felt right at home with Dwight and all his obliging family. They took great care of me during the ash cloud mess (had to stay for 4 extra days) and provided good clean confort for a great price. They even waited up with me as I got a very early start for my boat trip home! Thanks to all the...

I visit London three or four times a year. I always stay at the Mandalay Picton House Hotel. It is clean, comfortable, has a great breakfast and is very friendly.

We were three people in one room. Three beds were in position leaving a thin aisle down the middle of the room. Very small and only adequate for a nights sleep, then you have to get up and get out, otherwise you would go stir-crazy. Seperate bathroom, also tiny. The decor is rather run down and not quite as clean...

The owners are wonderful & friendly. Rooms as standard hotels in that area. Bathroom very small - but clean & it worked. ;o) I will come back some other time!
