We stayed here for one night whilst visiting London for the marathon. We booked 12 months in advance so got a really competitive price which included breakfast. On arrival the reception staff were great, not just knowledgeable about the area but also comfortable starting up general conversation which we really liked, often you can arrive at this level of hotel and be treated clinically and robotically with staff easily sidetracked but this was not the case here. Room was great, clean, tidy and well equipped with a large bathroom. Breakfast was great quality with a wide choice, restaurant overlooks the river and the O2. Check out with a different staff member was equally good! All round great experience and would recommend.

I visited the Radisson New Providence 12/05/2022 for my partner’s birthday Omg it was absolutely amazing the front desk receptionist Barbara was so helpful , She smiled throughout the whole time I was being checked in she explained all that I needed to know about our stay and the hotel itself she was a full 10/10 The bar Manager Dwith was so welcoming and helpful he made sure I recieved a top tier drink service he offered me the most popular beverages and along with that his staff were also well trained and super helpful . The room was 10/10 the bathroom was so clean and Welcoming . Omg how can I forget to mentioned how romantic the bedroom was it was everything and more my partner was looking for he was very surprised and happy . The morning staff was very helpful I forget the young Gents name he was very helpful he took my partner to the car park to get the car and explain all that he needed to know.I want to say a massive thanks to all the staff members who assisted us on that day . WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK .

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. Slept well. Art work was pleasing. Breakfast was very good but no fried eggs on the buffet (You can order but didn't find out til too late.). Overall a great 1 night experience.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I can recommend this to someone today. I really had a good time “The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing.” The service was so good that they could sit back, relax and enjoy the experience. “I really liked the amenities.” Never underestimate the value of hot, fresh coffee in the morning, comfortable cotton bathrobes, free wifi, flat-screen TVs, and even high-end soap dispensers. The price I paid was absolutely worth it!” The stay was worth every penny, no matter what the cost.

Good hotel and friendly staff. Although near O2 need to plan how to get there from hotel as very long walk. Recommend you ask for a waterside view as building work near although although quiet location.

My first time to London and it was AMAZING! The stay here was beautiful! Great Hotel, and amazing Service! This Hotel beats most Hotels I’ve stayed at where I Live. There was a worker by the name of Bridgette, she worked everyday of my stay and she was so helpful, very observant and worked diligently she was so kind to me and my family, Thank You So Much Bridgette:)

Beautiful hotel in the Docklands area overlooking the O2 Arena (depending on room choice). Staff were very friendly, polite and efficient from the check-in staff, house keeping and room service. Stayed for a mini break after our wedding, there were Spa facilities although we didn't use them for obvious reasons (hahaha), however the bathroom was super clean, bath and shower facilities temperature, water pressure were all on point. Breakfast options were well prepared having both full English and continental options which were thoroughly enjoyable. Room had a fridge which cooled food really well, safe options, iron and board in room and also ice making machine available in corridors which rooms had ice buckets available. Small downsides, pillows a bit too soft for our liking, parking is expensive (£25 per day), building work in area so can be confusing for food delivery services or taxi services. All in all great stay and we're doing it again!

Had a lovely stay in this hotel, lovely friendly staff, rooms clean & the bathroom was really good. Highly recommend & lovely views of the Thames & the O2 when we where having breakfast. The bar & food area where good & would highly recommend the breakfast.

Horrendous Customer Service. The cleaners were more pleasant to us, which is massively unacceptable.We stayed in a high value room which wasn't cheap by any means. Whilst it doesn't give us the right to preferential treatment, I at least expect to be treated with some level of customer service, pleasantness and respect as any other customer would. Room service day 1 was excellent, the way the room was put together for our arrival was excellent. The views were stunning and initially room was a wow factor. But carpet was filthy, electrics were suspect, certain items leaked or didn't work, cobwebs and dust everywhere. (Nespresso and Bath TV, hairdryer was next to useless) I rang to enquire about hairdryer and was told to press the button harder, which had zero effect. Day 2. Breakfast was horrendous, we had no idea where we were supposed to sit, no information on etiquette or had we been here before, we were ignored whilst other people around us were served, a similar theme with the Saturday evening meal. However, both Friday and Saturday evening meals were amazing, breakfast was awful both days. Our inroom breakfast was an hour late on our final day which impeded our ability to make our connecting train, I had to chase 3 times to get our breakfast when we did get it, the poor young lady who brought it, who obviously was bearing the brunt of the numerous breakfast issues, had forgotten several items, such as mugs to drink the coffee and half my partners breakfast was missing. Our observations were that the hotel was adequately resourced but the management and organisational systems in place for a supposedly 4 star hotel was awful. Clearly no leadership or direction being given to staff. I stayed in the penthouse suite, the view is stunning But taking everything into account it was appalling value for money. Note - The hotel is also advertised as easy access to O2. It's anything but easy access. You can see it, but getting there is certainly a bit tricky.
