The least expensive ways is to take the "tube" from Heathrow to St. Pancras on the Picadilly line. You don't have to change lines as it is direct. It takes about 50 minutes. Once you leave the station, take the Euston Road... More

I cannot add to the good advice already given. I found the hotel very satisfactory and the personnel helpful. I am sure you will be able to sort this out ok.
