Positives: beds were made and sheets were clean. The toilet paper is easy to reach. Negatives: we had booked two nights but could not make the first one so contacted the hotel to let them know and got the reply"ok". When we arrived we were told it was too early in a slightly brusque manner. Given the room we booked...

Booked online as it was near to a venue and in an OK location cost £45 but would have rather kept the money and slept on a park bench this place is worse than faulty towers it is disgusting should be shut down by council and told to sort the place out do not go this is a warning smelly...

Very very basic stayed on two different occasions but not again.if you on tight budget and want good area to stay in near Turnham Green then this is ok.rooms very cramped very basic bathroom tiny you may struggle to shut door once on toilet and careful when you step out of shower you don't step into toilet. I was glad...

Ok, so it's not the Ritz, but it's not Ritz prices. Stayed overnight purely to enable an early start the following day, didn't arrive until 9pm, was met and served by a very polite pleasant Gentleman, who actually apologised for putting me on the 2nd floor, but as I was aware I was purchasing the last budget room, I wasn't...

Don't expect anything but the basics here, the staff work on autopilot not friendly but not rude either, they just get on with their jobs in silence. Our room (23) was adequate, cleanish - bed, floor, fridge, cupboards, but walls and windows marked. Breakfast was a bit monotonous after day two of our four night stay but partly due to...

I chose this hotel for a one-night stopover to attend a 50th birthday party. As a consequence I spent next to no time in the room, other than to sleep. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy enough and the room had a TV, wardrobe, fridge and en-suite. As a private room it was certainly better than a hostel, for...

Needed a place to sleep after a late night party in London. Although at first glance this hotel does need a real makeover, it offers a safe, clean and comfortable stay in a great location at a bargain price. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast is simple enough for the price you pay. We had a...

I stayed here last August for an event in Central London - admittedly the hotel is a bit out of the way but for the price I expected that. It's an ideal hotel for if you're on a budget and you only plan to sleep in the hotel. Went inside and receptionist was very welcoming - it cost me £31...

We booked a one night stay after seeing show. On our arrival we were advised both our cards had been declined so had to walk 15 mins to bank to get cash - our cards worked ok everywhere else! Room 22 was probably the worst place we have ever stayed in. It had 3 old single beds, a wardrobe and...
