It Is what it says on the advert, small well placed clean accommodation ideal for sight seeing when you just want a base to sleep. Bed comfortable towels nice and thick and good hot shower flow. Would recommend. Down sides: Air con needs to work better, its either on and noisy or off. Cannot open windows so got a little hot. I went to reception on first night to ask for 2 more pillows as room only comes with 1 each. 3/4 hr later still no pillows. I went down again and the receptionist just looked as though I hadn’t been down already and told me they would come. By now it was 10.45 and we wanted to go to sleep so made them do it straight away which seemed a chore. Receptionist was just yawning. Receptionist the next day was a lot better and seemed interested and helpful. You need to dip sample your lates staff are up to the job It’s our second stay.

Hotel's Favourite
This venue is so central. I wanted to visit art galleries this time. I left my bag at the hotel. They were very friendly and happy to do so. I spend a culture vulture day of art hoovering. I met my life later. She’d been networking. We had a few drinks with her colleagues. When we returned to the hotel we had a drink in the bar. The staff were so lovely and helpful. They are a credit to the company. We have night two tonight. We will be back. Many thanks 🙏

Three day break. Location perfect for Covent Garden centre, theatre s / Trafalgar square , museums, etc etc. Staff very pleasant & attentive.. £5 continental breakfast a bargain, eating area good, but small type fruit flies about ?. Adapted room we stopped in just missing a few details, room short of storage space, Bed to long preventing access to bathroom very poor. Bathroom perfect, bed & sleep very good after getting more pillows. Room 401 near lift but but still very quiet good sleep. Disabled access lift very dirty generally but good for entrance & leaving Stay perfect, would recommend as said perfect location

Air conditioner gurgled like a waterfall in pain all night every night. Room is small which was expected but the bed is so high you feel like an Olympic high jumper trying to get into it. It is a comfy bed though once you are in though. Getting the shower to work required vast levels of patience. Could not for the life of me get the thing to turn off easily or regulate the temperature. It is clean though &, as I said, close to lots of amazing places to eat & sites to see.

I stayed at the hub for one night on a business trip. Check in was extremely efficient. I had a meal in the resturant on the evening which was fine and inexpensive. A clean well designed room with aircon and power shower. Breakfast was continental and very good. Highly recommended.

It was clean and the staff were very polite…. The location to convert garden was great so if your watching a show it’s idea plus it’s only a few minutes away from the tube station… We enjoyed the free late night coffee and tea after the show, nice touch.

The hotel is very central and affords easy access to many locations. Within walking distance of Euston Station, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace, etc.. the staff were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. The barman, (Hubz) gave excellent service in the bar.

It was like sleeping in a cupboard! I never realised when I booked it that it was a "hub" I had never heard of a hub before and we have stayed in loads of Premier Inns. It was a TINY room the bed is up against the wall you have to climb over each other to get into bed! Which means if you want to get up before your partner you have to try and climb over them to get out! Ridiculous! Once in bed the the USB charging sockets are there with you! So if you want to charge anything overnight ve prepared to have it in bed with you? I have never seen such a stupid design! The fancy system for putting the lights etc on is behind your head when in bed! So again once asleep you can't put the lights on because your partner is covering the controls? There is no separate switch so you can switch on the bathroom light? There is only frosted glass on the bathroom door and doesn't go all the way up? You can see through the door? There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room? The coffee available downstairs was disgusting and had to keep asking because there wasn't any there! There is a terrible noise in the room from I think the heating ! Kept us awake all night! The sink in the bathroom is that high oh I could go on and on! Whole experience awful! Only positive position! In a good position a part from that I have nothing good to say about my stay

The hotel is right in the middle of Covent Garden so excellent for theatre, pubs and eating. Our air con unit made gurgling noises throughout the night which kept waking us up. Not sure if we were above the main entrance but there were a lot of loud buzzing sounds from below - perhaps people coming into the hotel throughout the night? Breakfast was only continental which I hadn’t realised when prebooking.
