Me and mr b are very happy this hotel has a 24 hour reception as we got the train from Manchester at 8pm so arrived late. Easy to find, 5 minutes from Shepherd's Bush. As soon as I arrived it was friendly although after reading previous trip advisor reviews I was cautious. When I was asked for my identification I...

The Kensington suites at Holland road is very pleasant . It has studios with small kitchen(equiped) and bathroom included. Rooms are well looked after and decorated. Staff is helpfully. Good place centrally located

Booked this hotel as it was a lot cheaper than the average London hotel. I have to say it could have been cleaner the floors needed a good clean. It smelt damp. Hotel needs serious updating. Morning staff were very friendly but when we came back to the hotel at night our room was like a sauna as the storage...

Great service, the room was just perfect. The fact that reveption is open 24 hour comes in very handy. They were really helpful and never hesitated to assist us in any way. Would definitely use their services again!!!

OK where do you start. London is relatively very expensive and Kensington is a particularly upmarket suburb. We knew this was fairly budge. True, this place should be rated, at best 1.5 stars. Despite requests we were placed in a non-hygienic, dank, old, mouldy basement room. The breakfast is basic, crowded and bland tho' the worst issue is the staff-member...

We booked a room for two in this hotel, and upon arrival, the receptionist simply told us they didn't have enough rooms and forwarded us to the Holland Court hotel on the other side of the street. Worst arrival possivo, the Holland Court was a dirty, tiny and terrible place to stay. It's better to invest in getting a good...

A work colleague and I booked this hotel as it is very near The Olympia Stadium. It was very convenient bu the superlatives stop there. It is very shabby, the room dark and depressing, the bathroom very small, if you are a little generously proportioned, the shower would have been difficult to negotiate, There is nowhere to sit except on...

I booked the hotel before looking on Tripadvisor ( I don't advise people to do this, very stupid really). A few days after booking I looked on Tripadvisor and it really scared me and friends but we still went to the hotel anyway. My room was a lot better than the traveler pictures, the bathroom was clean and the bedroom...

great and beautiful location, bus stops are by the hotel door, just 10 min by bus to High street Kensington and 10 min by walk to the Westfield and Sheperd bush station. A lot of information about London and travel options at the hotel reception. Hotel is clean and tidy, very quiet and nice garden for breakfast or to rest....

Thank Di D
