All you expect from a Premier Inn; 2 miles south of city centre; on A172 convenient for Whitby/North Yorks; regular buses to city centre; opposite James Cook University Hospital; 5 mins stroll to James Cook rail station; Toby/Harvester Restaurant adjacent

We stayed overnight to break the journey on a trip to northumberland. The receptionist who booked us in was friendly and very helpful. The room as as expected for a premier inn, but no complaints from the family at all. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked and tasty with a decent range of options. We plumped for the premier inn...

Stayed here two nights, usual Premier Inn, basic but clean and comfortable, the staff are very pleasant indeed and helpful. We had no issues. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. We were very happy with it. The Toby Carvery attached leaves a bit to be desired, needs refurbishing and we noticed on an internet site it had recently been...

What a great hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms are clean and the breakfast is definitely value for money. Ideally located near the centre of town too. If you want a good value hotel in Middlesbrough then look no further.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order and there was a variety of fruit, yogurt, juices, teas and coffees also. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn to anyone staying in the Middlesbrough area.

Stayed only for 1 night, had business to do in Hospital just opposite the road, therefore location was perfect for me. Clean, quiet, just what I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Car park had lots of spaces. Cannot comment on food, I didn't eat at the hotel or the joint restaurant.
