We stayed an enjoyable weekend here whilst visiting friends in Norwich and exploring the city. It has been Peter and Dawn's home for the past 15 years and the house is delightful and tastefully decorated throughout. The elegant house is on a main road into Norwich but is set back from it and surrounded by trees and extensive gardens so...

We visited Norwich to see family and stayed at this well placed B and B for 3 nights. With ample parking, this impressive house offered us a massive room with very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Dawn was a delightful host and welcomed us warmly, She had lots of local tips for us and this was backed up with several...

Im rather disappointed that this establishment have point blank refused to refund our £50 advance payment as we have had to unfortunately cancel our trip to Norwuch and felt that guving 10 days notice was rather suffucuent when the majority if reputable bed and breakfasts ask for 48 hours cancellation notice! Our teleohone call was not returned simply a blunt...

Massive thank you to Peter, brilliant host, brilliant service and a very pleasant stay. Couldn't fault a thing about the place or quality of service, will definitely be re-visiting. Good choice of breakfast's available & the bed was very comfy. J & M

We stayed at 175 Newmarket Road bed and breakast for 1 month. The only downside was that we had to leave! Dawn and Peter are the perfect hosts who are friendly, helpful and considerably informative regarding anything you might want to know about the area. The accommodation was spotless, spacious and very well equipped whilst the breakfast service was excellent...

We spent a whole month in this charming B&B. To be very frank: there are only pluses, absolutely no cons. The location is ideal - it is located 20 min. from the city centre - very walkable distance. The access to A11 to London is straight. Nearby is Unthank Road with shops and pubs. The access to hospital and University...

I have stayed here whenever im in Norwich over the past few years and would highly recommend this B&B. Rooms are large and well appointed, and the property is set in lovely grounds and has easy access to both the city centre, Unthank Road and UEA. Breakfast is excellent, and Dawn and Peter are always incredibly welcoming.

I feel compelled to write a review contesting that of another. The only negative review of this lovely bed and breakfast. I stay here during the week due to working in norwich and living elsewhere. I am truly astounded to read such a factually untrue review as the one I have found. A guest has written that they were refused...

Any good will towards this B&B was wiped out on the last day when they wouldn't serve us breakfast because we were 10 minutes late. This mean spirited move left us feeling disappointed, unwelcome and hungry! They got our money on the first day and now didn't care. We were not even asking for the full English breakfast, just an...

We stayed here for two nights and were impressed by the size of the room and the comfortable furnishings. Dawn and Peter were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to leave early to catch a flight on our final day which meant that we couldn't experience the delicious breakfast twice! Would definitely consider staying here again.
