This hotel is in a great location for being close to the centre of the city and the train station. However we were put in the annex building, and had to go through a back gate to get to our room which was very small! This meant we didn't even have to enter the annex building (it's just another building...

What a wonderful hotel, I was in a single room with a shared bathroom and having previously experienced some (not too pleasant places in Norwich) I was not sure what to expect. However, I was absolutely over the moon to find such a clean room, with basic but everything you could need facilities and a shared bathroom (spotless shared bathroom...

I had a basic single room with shared bathroom. The room had a comfortable bed (though no protectors on mattress or pillows), a TV, sink, wif-fi and hospitality tray. No hangers. I was staying in Norwich on business and it was adequate for my needs. I could have paid extra for breakfast but as I left at 6.30 each morning...

I was part of an Australian group of over 30 people that booked out the entire hotel and annexe for a week. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, often going out of their way to make us comfortable. We'd come from Australia prepared for cold-ish weather and were surprised with warm days. Michel and the staff were more than...

I booked out the entire hotel for a week with a group from Australia. The staff were exceptionally helpful and worked hard to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modest, but comfortable, and catered well for our group, ranging in age from 18-80.

I paid £40 for a Saturday night stay, without breakfast. The hotel is next to the railway station. The room was described as an economy room and had a shower. It clearly had been constructed by cutting an existing room in half, so apart from the single bed and shower, it was very small. It was also in the hotel...

We stayed in an annex to the annex, which was interesting. The room was basic, but had all amenities and was clean. Everything in the bathroom worked. The hotel is fairly run down overall and I couldn't say the breakfast was particularly impressive. For £80/night it's really not very good value, but it was the best we could find.

Good bits Very reasonable price for clean comfortable room Fab breakfast using their own bacon from the owners smallholding, only £5 for good selection of cereals, yoghurts and a full english! Service courteous and unobtrusive Niggles No double glazing...

We stopped in Room 24. Yes it does look a bit run down, but it's away from the main road, which is busy. It's great value, the breakfast is WONDERFUL. The room may look a bit rough around the edges but it's clean and feels like a decent place to put your head down. Have a breakfast here as it...
