The staff were excellent. All were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean. Plenty of choices on the breakfast menu and all prepared well. Easy to get into town and the Coach and Horses just over the road does good pub grub.

I usually use Premier Inns in Norwich but decided to try the Stracey as it was easy access from where I was working and appeared better value as the rate included Breakfast. I was not disappointed.Upgrading to a larger double room the bathroom had recently been refurbished in a contemporary style. and the bed comfortable. The Staff were efficient and pleasant...

I'm a contractor who stays in hotels all over the country, some good, some bad, but I do believe that value for money this is the best. Well decorated, lovely rooms, polite, intelligent and personable staff, a high quality breakfast all add up to first class.

Fab hotel couldn't fault it but downfall was parking over the road from hotel, right outside our room & when we left the next day our merc badge had been snapped off & also the car had been keyed from back to front down the drivers side, very sad people around!

I stayed for one night. I arrived late so was given a security code by email and let myself in. I had a smart, clean and modern room. I had a good nights sleep although the pillows could have been more substantial. Breakfast was included and was very good, particularly for the price. I would definitely recommend at £60 for...

Stayed in November 2104 on business, for one night only. Probably the bast value for money hotel in Norwich. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good. Slightly lacking in curb appeal but if that's not important it's definitely worth a try.

We stayed here for two nights, walking into Norwich is about 20 mins. Staff very helpful told us of two very good restaurants in the city, Chez Denis opposite Debenhams a little expensive, they serve creole food. Don Pepe in the old town also very good owned by a Spanish couple again quite expensive but worth it. Hotel facilities good...

I stayed at the Tracey Hotel in April for one night. I chose it because it was walking distance to Norwich train station and it was a reasonable price. I thought that the quality of the hotel was significantly better than one might expect from the price. It seems to have been recently refurbished. It's modern, very clean and wifi...

A clean room, good heating and plenty of hot water in the bathroom, and a reasonable bed. The hotel serves a good (standard) cooked breakfast in a pleasant, airy dining room. The staff are helpful, cordial and knowledgeable. The interior decor (especially carpets) is wearing now, but is clean. There is good off-site parking nearby for £5.50 per day.
