Hi we too were scammed with their parking charges. We followed the emails to register our car then got a parking charge of £60.00 family and friends advised us to ignore it as it's just a scam. Now two months on we revived a letter from a debt collection agency for £160.00 I could fully appreciate it if we were blatantly not guests, but really who else scams their own customers for parking. The building is a complete dump and the whole set up so wrong even their photos are not the same building.
