Whilst staying in Norwich I needed somewhere to park my car overnight. I walked past this hotel several times and noticed you could pay to park in the rather empty carpark even if you weren't a guest. I rung the number provided on the sign and prebooked my space. I got a booking confirmation and a receipt. 5 days later...

We arrived 45 minutes early and got a hefty parking fine a month later. The receptionist was only interested in painting her nails. There was a two inch gap in the door which leads to the outside. There was no soap and the place was a flea pit. Do not use this place.

Having read the reviews of this hotel I am delighted to say that I have never stayed here. I did however have the misfortune to ask them if I could use their very large and empty car park. The reason for my request was that I was visiting the Victorian Plantation Garden next door, for which there is no car...

No one to meet you, given a room number and a code, on entering the room no windows, TV but no remote, no bedside tables or lights so you had to cross the room to turn lights off. Springs in the single bed kept me awake all night sheet on bed not ironed, bathroom had broken taps, toilet seat broken...

My daughters and I stayed at this Hotel as it was my birthday. It is horrendous and strongly advisable not to stay here. Towels were filthy and had dried blood stains on. No control switch on dimmer switch in room so my daughter had to use her debit card to put the light on. Very cold in the room and...

when you walk in the lobby you sort of guess it won`t be good, the girl on reception was mostly on her phone and showed no interest in checking us in and only spoke to us after another guest complained her room had been broken into, when we finally got her attention we were told a error on the booking...

Il cut straight to the point. Myself and a colleague needed to stay in Norwich for 5nights as we were working on a site in the city centre. We booked this place as it was in a good location and appeared to be quite cheap. On arrival, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude, we enquired about the room codes that...

I have to say that this is the worst experience of staying away I have EVER had. People say it's cheap, but we paid £62 for a room for two adults and our son, so it's not rock bottom. The following week we paid £34 for a Travelodge which was in a different league - absolutely no complaints there. The...

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in - worldwide!! There was a revolting smell as we entered the room which we found to be from soiled sheets stuffed in the wardrobe - we ejected them into the lobby. The electricity failed after we had been there for half an hour and didn't come back on all the time...
