The hotel is in a great location for the city centre and has recently been refurbished HOWEVER there is no air conditioning and the rooms are unbelievably hot, way too hot to sleep. I complained to staff but was not offered an alternative room, complained to reception at 7.00 and the very curt lady advised we were on the 3rd...

A really good option for visiting Norwich. Cheap and easy 24 hour parking, right in the centre of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. However, the rooms in July were so hot that sleeping was almost impossible, even with the fan on all night.

Having stayed in Premier Inn's all over the country over the years our stay was not an enjoyable one. As a result we would not recommend this particular Premier Inn to others. Checkin was smooth but after that it all seemed to downhill. On leaving reception and heading to the lifts (as our room was on the third floor) only...

No issues with hotel other than the lack of air conditioning - so if thinking of staying in the summer basically don't! The lack of air conditioning in the hotel means it is hotter inside than it is outside. So even on a luke warm day it is uncomfortably hot inside. They need to fix this issue! It is obviously...

Good Morning Thanks for taking the time to review your visit. I'm really sorry to hear the heat kept your family awake, unfortunately this hotel doesn't have air-con. This hotel does not have air con and you have open the window to try get fresh air that then leads to noise from outside. Because this in the city centre you will get woken up by outside noise. If you don't want to sleep in a sauna then don't book here in the summer months. You will not get...

I stayed at the Premier Inn Norwich last night after visiting the city on business followed by a team night out. This was the second time I have stayed here, the first being at Christmas 2012. Once again I found the staff to be lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel, the room, bathroom etc to be absolutely spotlessly clean. The...

I went to the premier inn in Duke street last week. I stayed 6 days and I was very impressed by the staff. They try their best to make your stay very pleasant. The only minus point I would give is because their is no air con in the rooms. But there were fans. That helped a lot. Food was...

When we arrived at Hotel and went to our room the temperature of the room was unbearable. The hotel had provided 3 fans but it was just pushing around hot air. We filled the bath with cold water to see if this would help and spent the night putting cold wet towels over us. At the same time the internet...
