Stayed in the Duke street Premier inn over Easter, brilliant location, clean and modern rooms with excellent service, will definitely return. One word of warning remember to look out for the Hotels MSCP which is 100 meters on your right before you see the hotel on the City one way system, miss this and you have to drive around the...

The room was bigger than expected, the bed as comfy as the adverts say & breakfast had everything except pancakes. For the price & location this was an absolute bargain. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the best Premier Inn our family has stayed in. Excellent Base for exploring Norwich as only a short walk to centre. Very comfortable bed and pillows and great flat screen TV. Staff very friendly.

Perfectly situated close to everything Norwich offers. Renovated clean room. Modern bathroom. The staff are delightful, helpful and friendly. Parking is paid in the nearby car park but a fraction of the cost of the normal rate. Excellent buffet breakfast.

2nd time staying here and just as good. Front of house very good, parking virtually next door, less than a two minute walk into town. Good sized room, comfortable bed, nice hot shower. A good advertisement for the brand.

Great location, excellent room, would have been a perfect stay but the water wouldn't work overnight. I couldn't have a drink of water which is a nightmare in a hotel with no mini bar. Tried to complain on check out but reception was unmanned. Such a shame as it ruined the night 😔

The Premier Inn was centrally located for the City, our rooms were quiet and comfortable and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. As two single women occupying a room each, we felt safe away from home. The restaurant was very good, nice range of dishes and good quality. The only drawback was the car park not being on...

This hotel has great rooms, good location and staff are helpful. What a disappointment then to see the Premier breakfast - overcooked and congealed. Shame because the new menu has some good improvements.
