Stayed here at short notice, as others have said it could to with a little tlc. The room although dated was clean,the bed was very comfy.
The big plus was that all the staff were extremely helpful and the meals were of excellent quality.
We attended an evening party and although the outside and car party were tidy and clean, the interior needs severe updating.
All staff were polite and professional but dated decor, scruffy carpets and furniture warranted the 3 stars.

Neear to the city (£10 in a taxi), rooms are good and large. Breakfast was excellent with locally sourced produce. Staff were attantive and freindly. Plenty of car parking space at the front of the hoteI............... would stay again.

This hotel could be amazing but as others have said, it's really in need of some TLC. Our room was very dated, although the bathroom was modern if a little small. Our room was clean though and the bed very comfy.
