This place it's roten. Breakfast don't exist Toilet and shower it's a long walk from your room. And you have to share with everybody. Basically a public bath if you want. Carpets ar sticky dirty . This are my pictures with a dirty toilet probably never been cleaned.

Warning, Do not stay here, this place is dirty and disgusting. You will not get a refund either when you question the cleanliness. The manager/owner is rude and ignorant! I would not let my pets stay here!!

Probably the worst B and B I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Pay upfront, no hot breakfast available, check out by ten... Oh..add the horrifically dirty room, tiny bathroom and uncomfortable bed, mix with the weed smoking students in the room next door and only one towel for two people...you get the picture... AVOID

Stayed for 4 days as i was working in Norwich. Arrived and knocked at the door. Some considerable time later door opened by abrupt and rude woman with small baby in arms. Not a "hello","how are you","welcome"-simply "you pay first, all of the money"-WITHOUT SEEING THE ROOM.Advised that i would not be having breakfast as i would be gone before service and asked...

Doesn't do anything special. Handy for me as their were buses to the hospital for work and into town. Local co-op opposite with a few other shops. Was moved several times during my stay there. No reason given. If your in a single room. Don't bring much in the way of luggage!!! There's really no space.

This is a conveniently located “value” bed and breakfast which I have stayed in many times most recently in June 2014. It is a short walk to the City and also on a main bus route between the University, City and Railway station. In January 2014 the business or at least the running of it changed hands. So for those...

. The only good comment I can make about this place was that is a convenient for walking to Norwich approx. 15 minutes. the garden needs a good overall, the door was opened, no introduction, we stood in the hallway while the young lad told us what rooms we had, payment was exchanged and we were led to our rooms....

My company booked this place after my preferred B&B was fully booked. I'm wondering if I'm in the same place as all the other reviewers & those that have commented in the visitors book! Basic cleaning doesn't seem to be their strong point, shared shower not cleaned daily & by the amount of cobwebs about they don't know how a...

Just returned from my fifth short stay.Have experienced at least 3 of their single rooms. All are very comfortable ,& spotlessly clean.Wonderful breakfasts--plenty of choice, can be ordered the previous night and at the time preferred. Great location for visiting the city, & easy to access roads to other parts of Norfolk. Very good value for money---especially for the single...
