AVOID this hotel. We booked to stay here for one night. After 5 mins of entering the room we left and found a different place to stay. When we turned up the room on he ground floor window was wide open. We entered the room which had a strong smell of cat piss. And like an animal had died in...

We booked the Bristol but were booked into the lodge, 82 unthank Rd, first we were given the wrong code, and while sorting that out got a parking ticket on there car park, you have to ring a company and book your car in for £7 a day, when we got in, the room was bleak to say the least,...

Unconscionable rip off. Avoid at all costs. A very bad organisation with no standards whatsoever. Not sure how MJB are allowed to get away with it. A farrago of an organisation that should not be allowed to continue in business

We stayed ten minutes. Do not go there. Horrendous!!!! There was a damp smell and the state of the carpets is hard to describe. Never seen such a thin mattress or duvet. We just could not even imagine being able to sleep a wink in such an awful place so we left. The fellow occupants were so sweet and helped...

Do not stay here! Complete rip off! They state is free parking but so far we have fines of £150! The company are in league with the devil and the parking company. So they send you a fine and company tell you that they will sort it...delaying long enough so you get the inflated charge!, No human kindness here...go to...

Booked for one night on 22/08/15. Arrived at 4.15 to discover a dirty room, dirty bedding and dirty cups. Bathroom was out of the room and yet another six digit code to go in. Ridiculous and not known to us before booking. How on earth are you expected to leave a bedroom enter a code for the bathroom and then...

There's not much else I can add that the others have not already said. We stayed at 9G Unthank Road for one night (supposed to be two but there wasn't a chance in hell I would stay another night). We have stayed on other MJB properties and have always found them clean despite the interior of the rooms and exterior...
