We booked this B&B as we wanted to stay over after seeing a band at the UEA. It is in a decent position to get into the city and also visit the UEA. Room was all clean and tidy and the breakfast was fine. The staff were cheerful and helpful in the morning, but a bit different that no one...

Having arrived at the guest house in the mid afternoon myself and my party (a Polish band playing at Norwich Arts Centre) were allocated rooms in the guest house. We were advised that we were the only people staying the the guest house and were given all the keys to distribute. On arriving back at the guest house at 12.40...

Stayed here overnight as I was visiting UEA the next morning. I have no real experience of B&B standards, but my office booked this one on the basis of their four star rating. The place itself is 'cheap And cheerful', nothing to really object to other than the insides of the windows of my room could have done with a...

Arbor Linden is close to UEA (which is why we were there), hospital, etc, with pubs and a supermarket close by. There is parking in front and also a space walking distance to the city center (although a bit hard to find, it is very useful- saves parking charges and having to enter the actual center, which is a bit...

My husband and I first stayed at this B and B eighteen years ago and recently found ourselves wanting accommodation in Norwich for one night. It has changed hands over the years and was a bit run down from what I remembered. The room was pleasant and clean and the breakfast was very nice but when my husband wanted more...

I was booked in for one night only - thank goodness! The owner couldn't be bothered to show me to my room. The heating was ineffective until I complained. There was no milk in the room but by then the owner had disappeared - they do not live on the property. I was told next day that they had 'run...

I travelled on my own and was given a large family room on the ground floor which was nice, box of toys in there, nice touch if you've got kids. Owner was great, breakfast lovely. Top marks

Just stayed here for 3 nights. Large room, huge bed, large ensuite. Clean. Breakfast serving staff were EXCELLENT. Admittedly the checking in procedure is a bit odd - with the code and safe - but it worked OK. We used the free parking space 10 mins walk from city centre. Excellent for UEA.

The hoster and employer of the B&B really give me a "new" idea about hotel industry, which was supposed to be providing service.Instead when they made a writing mistake in the booking imformation and give me the wrong date of checking in, they claimed that it was my resposibility to check the receipt and make the date wrong. I am...

Stayed for two nights. On arrival we received no welcome. The entry system was by a pre-notified code which opened a safe by the front door. Inside the safe was our name tag with room and front door keys. Not a human in sight!! Fairly tight parking for about five cars in what had been the front garden – now...
