This was our second stay at the White Linen Guest House and it didn't disappoint. We were given a warm and friendly reception and our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and our hostess cheery and efficient. The guest house is situated perfectly to take in all that Whitby has to offer. At our...

Stayed at the white linen guest house for two nights in the Havana room. Room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Bed was so comfortable. Only downside to the room was that the hot water for the shower took a while to get hot. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice to choose from. Had the full English breakfast and was cooked...

With a good size bathroom, lots of hot water for relaxing hot bath after a day out in Whitby. Breakfast was amazing and Richard was a wonderful host. If I had to find...

We stayed 2 nights in the value bunk up room which, as the name suggests, offers a bunk bed with an en suite shower room, toilet and cupboard. Considering the low price (£45 per night without breakfast) for a last minute trip we were expecting the worst but received a pleasant surprise. Yes, the room is very small but overlooks...

A great guest house in a good central location, run by attentive proprietors. Comfortable and clean rooms along with clean and well kept bathrooms. Finished off by a great breakfast (with a good choice - you don't have to go for the usual full english!). Parking would have been nice - but accomodation with parking in whitby is hard to...

After a slight hiccup over the booking (we booked online for 2 nights in the Tudor room, only to have Richard phone the next day to say that the room was only available for 1 night but we could have the bunk up room for the second night) there was absolutely nothing we could find fault with. On arrival Heidi...
