Just had a lovely stay, clean comfy room with tea and coffee provided and the best breakfast anyone could ask for, plenty choice and cooked to perfection. Deborah and Martin are lovely hosts and made us feel at home. The guesthouse is a short stroll from the restaurants, shops and harbour but pleasantly quiet at night Parking is limited in...

We booked this b&b for our anniversary/birthday weekend away, several months beforehand. Firstly we were impressed by the phone call we received a week before arrival, warning us of potential traffic issues around Whitby on the day we were to arrive. A lovely little touch! On arrival, we were shown to a private parking space which was great and then...

I absolutely adored my stay here! Me and my friend stayed for the Easter weekend and I could not say a bad word against the building, location or it's owners! When we arrived we were greeted by Deborah who was so welcoming and chatty that we immediately felt comfortable. We met Martin later on whilst having our tea and cake...

Stayed here with my hubby and another couple the weekend of 9-11th September. Really welcoming and friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast with homemade preserves for your toast. Rooms are fantastic, clean, airy and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Myself and a couple of friends stayed here over a weekend. It was tipping it down with rain when we arrived and Martin and Debs very obligingly came down to the car to fetch our bags and show us where to park. We were then treated to coffee and a very scrummy ginger cake (recipe please Debs) before being shown...

My fiancé, mother and father in law (to be) have just got home from 2 days staying at this lovely guest house in Whitby. The couple Martin and Deb are so friendly, warm and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely stay. The accommodation is very clean and décor in line with original Victorian style. Rooms...

Can only agree with the other positive comments -- our room was fine but friendliness and breakfast were excellent. Only slight niggle was low water pressure meant the shower was a bit feeble, but wouldn't let this stop us going back again.
