We stayed here for a long weekend as we love premier inns you know you are going to get good service, but I have to say we experienced bad service at this one. My husband asked for a pint of San Miguel and as the young barman (with the black earring in) was pouring it he said it's just went off!...

You know where you are with Premier Inn hotels. Clean, comfortable, quiet and welcoming and this hotel was no exception. The bar area was nice too, it was a cold, wet February weekend but the bar was very cosy. My only slight gripe would be about breakfast. They've tried to squeeze so many places into a small space that we...

Stayed with my Wife.Lovely comfy room, great staff, good breakfast, close to railway station and ideal base for city centre. Couldn't fault it. Only there for two days. Lovely little Italian restaurant just past the cinema,2 minutes away.

Got the room on offer so was great value.location was very convenient for the centre and easily within walking distance. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the free children's breakfast was a bonus. Ncp parking was easy and just round the corner

Stayed for 2 nights with my son. Very impressed. Standard of accommodation very good - it's functional but modern and clean. Staff brilliant and food excellent. Definitely use Premier Inn properties again.

Good location, great place to stay, location ideal. I would recommend this hotel, it has a bar and restaurant and is within easy access to all locations, sight seeing, lots of walking involved but could get a sight seeing bus

We stayed here for a family weekend get away. Friend reception, friendly staff throughout hotel. We stayed in a spacious family room on the 3rd floor. Room clean and tidy, bed very comfy. We stayed for evening meal and breakfast in the pub and can definitely recommend, very reasonable prices. Will definitely stay again.

Situated a short walk from both the railway station and the top of Micklegate this hotel is in an ideal location. The prices here are also excellent and for a two night stay on a Thursday and Friday we only paid £35 a night for a double room, which represents superb value. The hotel is as you would expect from...

Two night stay. The facilities fully met all our needs - good value for money and pleasant attentive staff. Good location, particularly if travelling by rail, and although we arrived about 1245 expecting to 'drop off' our luggage room was available.
