Beautiful place to stay. Owners, Peter & Jane, are really helpful. Breakfast excellent. Room theme great. Place clean. Could not fault it. Keep up the good work. Most hotels would like to achieve this standard.

This is a smallish cozy B&B about 15 min flat walk from the central of Bath. A very convenient location. The B&b has its own car park, and the owners allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. The room was on the top floor - a good sized double, very comfortably furnished with a king size...

This guest house has five letting rooms. The owners told us they had been here 18 months and they have certainly worked hard to get everything just so. We were in Room 1 at the back of the building overlooking some parts of the hospital. There was not much road noise. Our room had Venice theme with lots of pictures...

We were greeted on arrival by Peter and Jane and were delighted with both the welcome and the lovely room (Venetian theme). The room was spacious and the shower was very good. There was a wide range of breakfast options and the food was excellent. Peter and Jane were welcoming, attentive and most helpful with suggestions for restaurants and advice...

Thanks Alison. We enjoyed having you, and as I said to you, you should have stayed longer to appreciate all the delights of York, so you will have to return some day. We are particularly glad that you enjoyed our breakfast as you must be eating a lot of breakfasts on your travels!
