Lovely warm welcome on our return visit,Peter and Jane are excellent hosts.Everything spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable bed , more than ample storage space.Very quiet despite being close to York Hospital and a busy road. Very nice touches such as fresh milk and filter water in fridge on landing .Really good chice at breakfast super smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

I would say this is a good place for couples to stay of any age. Only a 10-15 minute walk into York. We were greeted with warmth and felt very welcome. The room was lovely, clean and more than big enough for the two of us. Comfortable bed. Everything was explained to us about the room which was a nice...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Peter and Jane are very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and very clean. The bed was really comfy and we both got a good nights sleep. On the second floor their is a fridge with chilled water and milk. There are also a selection of DVD's that you can borrow and take...

Lovely two night stay in Feversham Lodge. Great location, not too central so nice and quiet but just a short walk to the city centre. Room was clean and comfortable with lots of added extras like drinks and flapjacks as well as a selection of DVDs to choose from. My husband and I have just spent 3 nights at Feversham Lodge. Peter and Jane were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The whole place was oozing cleanliness but still maintained a homely feel. Our room was fabulous. It was comfortable, cosy and so quiet considering there is a very busy main road on one side and an...

A pleasant 2 night stay in York with generous hosts, Jane and Peter. The location is very easy to get to from the motorway, it is about 25 minute walk to the Minster. Both Jane and Peter are good hosts and everything was very well organised, there was a good balance of being left alone with more chat if wanted....

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and we are glad that you had a pleasant stay. I know that there are lots of interesting shops on the way into the city centre which might have caught your attention but it certainly doesn't take 25 minutes to walk to the Minster. At a medium pace you can...

Spent 2 nights at Feversham Lodge and what a lovely little place this is. The hospitality shown by Peter and Jane was fantastic. They went well out of their way to make us feel welcome. Will definitely have another break here. Only a 15 minute walk into the centre of York so away from the crowds but not far from...

Had a great three night stay here in early March. We stayed in Room 2 which was a great size, very clean, comfortable and quiet - just what we were looking for. Jane and her husband Peter do everything they can for you - nothing is too much trouble. 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Nice touch of fresh flap jacks everyday, and fridge outside room with fresh milk and filtered water....good for chilling presecco. Peter and Jane were great hosts, more like friends...
