Very welcoming, lovely room, the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, stunning breakfast best of all an actual hot shower that doesn't just piddle water like most establishments. Unfortunately I was in town to work so I just used this place for its primary functions (bed and breakfast) If I have to work in town again I'll...

We had booked the B&B. to stay near our family at Xmas.John was good enough to meet us the B&B at 11 am on Xmas Day.to allow us to drop our luggage off before going on to visit our family. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We will certainly be staying here again.

We were made very welcome by the owners on arrival. Our room, The Forest Room, fronted unto the road so, despite the double glazing, road noise was clearly audible. The room itself needs a makeover. It was originally done very tastefully with a very Venusian feel to it. However, wear and tear has taken it's toll. Rather oddly, a curtain...

I chose this B&B due to the positive reviews about provisions for coeliacs but I'm sorry to say I was disappointed on this front. On the afternoon we arrived, I checked with the owner about breakfast, just to satisfy myself that I really was able to eat safely. Sadly, I learned that ALL toast, gluten free or not, is always...

We stayed for one night during our travels around England and enjoyed our stay. The owner has run Sunny Mount Bed & Breakfast for around 14 years and his experience shows. The B&B is well situated for easy access to the city centre by either car or by bus. Our room was large and clean. Despite our room (The Forest...

This Bed & Breakfast is a lovely, warm place to stay. The decor is fab and the breakfast is gorgeous. The presentation that went into the breakfast was very well done. I would definitely come back to this Bed & Breakfast. The Mangers made me and my family feel very welcome and very accommodated. Brilliant value for money. The double...

Stayed here for one night. Very comfortable and clean. Large room. Excellent breakfast, well cooked and nicely presented. The house was very quiet, but is on a busy road, so if you not used to traffic, you may find this distracting. No door to en-suite in room at the front which we stayed in, just a curtain. Not a problem...

My husband I went to a wedding just outside Nottingham and I had booked Sunny Mount. When I said to the happy couple that we were going to be staying in Mapperley they both pulled faces and said it was an awful area. Not knowing Nottingham at all we did feel a little wary about our booking. I think it's...

Clean, well appointed B & B which was good value as we had 2 rooms for the 4 of us. A bus ride into central Nottingham. Excellent breakfast and helpful owner. Only negative is the lack of air conditioning. With warm weather this can be a problem however overall I would recommend this B & B.
