Very comfortable premier in with early check in. The only complaint would be noise levels as walks in the ground floor were very thin and we were kept awake on the first night by next door talking into the early hours. Great location though. I would return

Hotel's Favourite
Me and a friend went to nottingham for a weekend away from the wives in nottingham but arrived an hour and half before check in and the staff were fine with it. Gave us some good advice on things to do around Nottingham. Definatley picked the right hotel.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 2 nights in November. The hotel was east to find and our early check in was no problem. We had bookd a plus room which was well worth the extra cost.It had air conditioning which is essential in the summer months. The only problem was the lack of storage drawers in the room. We had booked a meal deal whitch included breakfast and 2 course dinner with a drink each on both nights. All the meals were excellent. Access to Nottingham centre is easiest reached by tram. The nearest tram station is a 20 to 25 minute walk and the cost is £2.80 each one way.The best stop for the centre is Old Market Square.

Stayed here 1 night on business. This is not my first choice hotel when staying in Nottingham. Check in was quick and efficient. Communal areas are clean enough. There is a vending machine in reception area. Room seemed basic. Had what was required I suppose, kettle, teabags, coffee, milk & sugar. TV was ok, however, when turned off it made a clicking noise on and off for about half hour. Bathroom was adequate, bath with shower over. The hot water didn't seem to get very hot despite turning it hotter. Had a room on front of hotel so every now and again could hear the tannoy from Sainsbury's petrol station opposite. Also the road is reasonably busy so quite noisey. Only accessed basic wifi which was fine for light use when it connected. Not sure what it would be like for business use. I suspect I would have to pay for the ultimate wifi option. Food is provided by the Beefeater next door, which I did not visit on this occasion.

I’m really impressed with this hotel. I rang reception ahead of my arrival because I was earlier than I expected to be. After a warm welcome from the reception (thanks Stacey and team), I was accommodated with an early check in. The room is spacious, comfortable and spotless.

Was met at reception by Stacey, we were 30 mins early, but Stacey informed us our room was ready and we could check in early. She asked for our car reg and went off to our room. The room was spacious with all you would want for the night. The bed, pillows and quilt were top of the range and extremely clean and cosy. Coffee, tea etc was in the room and extra sachets were on display at reception. On checking out at 12, Lucy (reception) chatted with us. Could not fault anything with this Hotel and the 2 receptionists we met were kind, helpful and friendly . We will definitely return. Thank you for a great stay 😊

From entering reception to leaving we were made to feel so unwelcomed. The two receptionist seemed disinterested in our arrival. After asking if we had to register our car in the car park, one of the receptionist abruptly said yes. She then abruptly advised that we couldn't check in till 3pm. No friendly welcoming at all. We adventunatly got room keys at 3.10pm. The room was one of the old rooms, basic but ok. The issue was it was near the lift door so very noisy with people coming and going. THE BIGGEST LET DOWN WAS THE BREAKFAST. Absolutely rubbish. It was brought to you by the staff, not buffet self serve, served flat COLD, dried up food that had been stood ages. The worse breakfast we have ever had at premier inn. When leaving, the staff were so disinterested in if you have had a good stay or not. Stay away from this dump. We have stayed at loads of Premier Inn's but this one has to be the worst.

Staff here are 10/10 and nothing is too much trouble. We were allowed to check in 30 mins early which was a bonus too. Bed was super comfy and room spacious. Bathroom had a small ammount of mould in places but the pros of free parking and good location etc far outway any negative points.
