Stayed here for two nights. Good parking, lovely breakfast, clean hotel. Absolutely lovely service throughout but a huge thank you to Melissa who looked after us at breakfast both mornings - nothing was too much & she was absolutely lovely. Would defo stay here again.
Where do I start: we checked in on the 23rd feb after 3pm and Abby and Wayne who were on reception were so polite and helpful and made us feel so welcome, we got to the room and WOW it was beautiful 😍 Charlotte the house keeper had done an amazing job. There were also other staff that we met while we were here on Thursday and Friday morning Karen and Mandy and they were also amazing, very helpful and very polite nothing were never to much to ask for, the stay were just amazing and I can’t get over the room I fell in love with it, we are definitely going to be using this hotel a lot more as it’s also a 2 min walk to the tram station ( we have already booked for January next year) thank you so much for an amazing stay 😍
Was dropping son off to Uni, so needed a place to stay overnight. The stay was beyond our expectation - friendly staff, clean room with supply of tea/coffee. Convenient location, very quite and peaceful.
Had a good overnight stay at Nottingham West, well located for accessing anywhere in the city or motorway network for ongoing journeys. The staff on arrival were the usual credit to Premier Inn and overall apart from some small areas that require updating or putting right (like burns in carpets) the Hotel does live up to the quality that Premier Inn does offer. However, the Beefeater next door wasn’t the environment it should really be. The restaurant areas were dark and dusty, that place really needs a thorough clean. Also felt shortchanged on the breakfast as the buffet was not available due to the Queen’s funeral. The staff however were very friendly and accommodating. So, all in all a good stay and apart from a few niggles, everything was more or less in keeping with the Premier Inn & Whitbread PLC branding. …
I stayed in this Hotel overnight as I had a business event in the area. The staff were very friendly, but the Hotel looked and felt a little tired. The buttons in the lift were kept in place with sellotape and although clean the hotel did not have a fresh feeling I have experienced in other Premier inns
Stayed at this Premier a number of times because of its facilities and location. All staff were friendly and helpful and we arrived on Prosecco Friday, so a glass was offered on check in. The Beefeater next door gets busy so need to book a table but was disappointed when certain items they had run out of, even Cornflakes at breakfast. Staff in Beefeater were fully stretched so service was not fast. There are a number of Premiers in Nottingham area and we prefer this one and Nottingham North but prices can vary vastly between them.
Stay here plenty of times in the past and it's always been my first choice. Next visit to the area I will look for another alternative. Rooms are starting to look rundown and tired, verging on shabby. Needs work doing
We’re regulars with premier inn but increasingly are finding the rooms are getting very tired and in serious need of some money spending on them Nottingham West was the worst experience we’ve had in terms of the quality of the room. Seriously thinking of trying Travel Lodge as I hear they have been investing in hotel refurbs and building new ones
stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending a funeral reception team was so emperthetic and made sure we was taken care of i think the receptionist was called tina who made sure we had everything that we needed she even let us check in early so thankyou so much for all your kindness.
The hotel was too hot. The rooms were over 29 degrees despite the outside temperature being 18. Impossible to sleep/ change or get dry. Hotel staff say that it is always too hot. Windows limited to 2 cam therefore impossible to get any fresh air in the room.
