the building and facilities are to a very high standard. Breakfast service very high standard puts Barnstable to shame. 2 min walk to tram station and only £5 for all family to travel to city center. Rooms clean and tidy and parking easy.

Stayed (with others) for the weekend of the Visually Impaired Bowls England Indoor pairs competition held at Nottingham Indoor Bowls Centre - less than 10 minutes' drive away. Usual Premier Inn rooms, facilities, etc - but notable for superb Reception and Housekeeping staff who gave our visually impaired members every assistance and were extremely friendly.

As usual Premier Inn does what it says on the tin!. This one is very close to the M1 motorway and there is a tram stop just 100 yards away. The tram goes straight to the City Centre and is ideal for visitors. Driving in Nottingham is a nightmare. The Premier Inn staff were welcoming as usual, the only problem...

Handy location just off the M1 with easy access into the city centre via the tram. Not as modern as other Premier Inns (no USB ports) but still good value for money and would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to drive into the city centre

Visited here whilst attending a friend's birthday nearby. It really wasn't bad at all, very clean and close to the M1 with a tram that runs straight into the centre. We didn't try the restaurant but the prices looked OK and children eat breakfast free with a paying adult. The reception staff were really friendly too, I'd stay again.

Rooms although very clean, comfortable and spacious they are extremely hot making sleeping difficult. The food in the pub is rubbish ding dinners.... very poor quality but the breakfast is excellent! !

The staff here are so friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms (and all the hotel) are clean and the food is good. I was expecting a longer walk from the tram stop but it was literally just across the road.

We stayed at this hotel on a Wednesday evening. It was very busy but we didn't find it noisy. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to the Phoenix Park tram stop and is therefore really convenient for a trip into the city. The staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. There is a restaurant...

Shame it wasn't for longer, one of the best premier inns i've used, everything was perfect, just what was needed after a long drive off the motorway. I'd definitely recommend this one, the dining room staff were great as well so welcoming and we had a great laugh with them.
