Excellent room. Well equipped. Comfortable and very quiet. I had a very good nights sleep. Pleasant and efficient reception staff. Nice food too, next door at the Beefeater. Book in advance to save money.

We've stayed here a number of times and on the latest occasion we enjoyed (yet again) a friendly, helpful welcome, lovely clean room and comfortable beds. The hotel was undergoing building work when we stayed and this has encroached on the parking facilities, all the same we managed to find a parking space and weren't disturbed by contractors. This is...

Ideally situated with team stop near by. Usual comfy bed and clean room. Lovely hot shower, with the added benefit of shower over bath if this is what you prefer. Friendly staff. Great price if you book early. Would stay here again. Minimal disruption due to ongoing extension.

After being cancelled on last minute at our other hotel we came here in hope there would be a room at such short notice. The receptionist was so lovely to us as we were a bit distressed being a young couple who had nowhere to stay in an area we'd never been to before. The room was lovely and clean...

This hotel is located near the tram stop which made travelling to the town centre much easier. The staff couldn't do enough for us especially when we needed directions and information on near by activities. Although they were building an extension to the hotel, parking wasn't a problem and free. The restaurant next door served excellent food. We will return...

Having booked with a local independent hotelier (Commodore and the Stage), but; A) at check in, told of room issues - plumbing? B) actually seeing (and quite not believing) the state of the alternate accommodation I turned to a last minute local 'branded' amenity. Firstly, the receptionist, Clare, was fantastic. Organised a family room for four with no prior notice....

Lovely friendly service. Tram behind the premier useful for trip into city centre shopping and sights. Room clean as you would expect from Premier Inn. Good location for countryside trips out, Sherwood Forest, Bakewell, Dovedale etc. Due to refurbishment/building work were without hot water one morning but was very quickly resolved and compensated.

Okay so they are having a massive extension but to be fair the disruption was minimal. That aside the staff were very pleasant and the room clean and comfortable. The only downside being that the room was hot and controlling the thermostat was impossible. But would stay here again. The breakfast was fautless. £8.95, for a full English where you...

A very good and comfortable Premier Inn with convenient access to Nottingham via the Tram network should you wish to leave your car at the hotel. Staff are very helpful and attentive, rooms and beds are very comfortable (lighting not great, horrible contemporary material light tube things that provide very poor light for reading), although noted on my last stay...
