A two night stay in Cotland House was a lovely gift from our son and partner. Having stayed only once in another old fashioned run down B&B it was with trepidation we set off to the Cotswolds. What a nice surprise to find such a beautiful property overlooking open land. We were shown to our delightful large room by the...

My boyfriend took me on a surprise trip to the Cotswolds for our anniversary and we spent one night here. The house is beautifully decorated and there is designated guest parking. We didn't go out in the garden because the weather wasn't the best but I can imagine that it is very nice in the summer. The room and bathroom...

Just back from a very agreeable stay at Cotland House which was, unfortunately, only for one night. I'm normally a little wary of staying in B&Bs because when they're bad they can be very, very bad. Cotland House, however, is very, very good. Shelley was friendly and attentive but not intrusive (although I note I didn't get any home made...

Absolutely lovely B&B, would highly recommend. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very cosy. Our host was attentive but not overbearing, and advised us well on local restaurants and walks. She also prepared a delicious breakfast for us, served in the lovely cosy dining room with log fire and newspapers. Perfect! Only downside was no off-street parking, but plenty of parking...

Cotland House is a lovely B&B, in so much as it has a lovely french feel to it's interior, clean, good sized rooms, good in-room facilities and lovely little extras such as board games, toys, books and biscuits in each room. We took two double rooms for 2 adults and 2 small children and had lots of space in each...

Stayed here for two nights in November and found this to be the perfect place to stay in Cotswolds. It is located just outside Burford with it's pubs, shops etc. The location is also good thinking of outdoors. You can either start walking from there or drive to near-by towns and villages. The closest pub is just few steps away....

Beautiful house, peaceful location (views of the country-side in the distance from bedroom windows), very nice owners and delicious and beautifully presented breakfast! About 10 minutes walk to High Street and another 5 more minutes uphill to the Swanbrook bus-stop (B&B and Swanbrook bus-stop are on opposite ends of high street) where you can catch the bus to Oxford or...

We enjoyed 3 night stay here in July 2011 and found cotland house a comfy retreat to return to each night after exploring the Cotswold villages. Our room was comfy and had ensuite shower. Our bed was a standard double size as expected, but mattress had a ‘dip in the middle’ – so the lighter person rolls into the center...

Just returned from a 2 day break in Burford, I had picked Cotland House after reading the reviews on tripadvisor, how glad am I that I did!! It is everything previous people have said and more, it is the only place I have ever stayed in (apart from family) where I have felt that I could walk round the room...
