Lovely pub. Shame was quite chilly inside. Open fire blocked. Didn't eat as no kitchen that night. however ate elsewhere in Henley. Was my first time there but friends been many times. Toilets leading down steps difficult for me as need walking aid. Was ok although couldn't say fabulous. Been to better places in Henley

We stayed overnight on our way to visit the Chiltern Brewery and Vineyard. We had pre booked on Trip Advisor and found this oldish inn close to the Henley Town Centre but in a quiet road. The rooms were spotless, recently decorated and and fitted out. A lot of special touches in the bathroom and bedroom. We had lunch and...

We went as a family of 6 on a hot bank holiday Monday for lunch and it was absolutely packed. There was a wait for food of 45 minutes which we were advised of before ordering however they were quicker than expected. The food was great and the staff although obviously stretched were gracious and efficient. Beautiful setting alongside the...

Joe and Cath are excellent hosts, and the facilities are great! Comfortable bed, good shower and first-class food. You must check out the garden - the flowers are wonderful. All the staff are really friendly and helpful.

You're not in Kansas anymore Dorothy - this is Henley, where posh people go. Rooms in this town are usually way expensive, but not at the Row Barge. The old rule is you get what you pay for. The Row barge breaks that rule. Excellent room with vast comfortable bed and a freshly cooked breakfast all in a traditional pub...

Bit of a late review, but have to say that this is a wonderful place to stay. It's in a lovely traditional pub, with friendly owners. Rooms are a fair size and have all the amenities you could wish for. It's less than 5 minutes walk into town and a little further to the river. Breakfasts were amazing! They definitely...

Stayed for 1 night to visit a local winery/brewery and booked via an online booking site. Apparently if you book direct breakfast is included, if you don't, you get charged for it. All fair enough (apparently it's done to cover the third party site mark-up/fee) but we had that pointed out to us both at check-in and check-out making us...

Fantastic. Possibly best Sunday lunch I have had in a pub/restaurant. Good service, reasonable cost but fantastic quality. Great location as well to walk off the lunch. Am told it gets very busy so make sure you book and get there early on a nice day and get a table outside. Dog friendly but not in restaurant.
